Good time off if you can use it... It's remote work .
Exceptionally low pay even for a non-profit with no COL adjustments and no actual merit increases.
Remote work
I don't. His first move was fishing someone who's been with the company 34 years and now he's running the society line s corporation. They should've brought in someone from outside.
C Suite needs to go. Pay the people doing the real work more. Oh and don't switch all your salary workers to hourly because you'd rather pay us less than comply with the new FSLA standards in January.
Very well below average and will be worse come January when we're no longer salary and now hourly because they won't meet FSLA minimum
There's not much. Most of the people let go in June were much of our diversity at the org
I love making a difference. I love getting to talk to people and hearing how much their lives have been improved by research or funding of MS projects. But all of that is in terrible danger of going away because the people who are able to do that aren't even paid enough to pay their bills
- Flexible and authentic culture where wellbeing and DEI are at the forefront of conversations and priorities. - Kind and caring coworkers - Incredibly meaningful work and mission
- leadership team is rebuilding and sometimes at the expense of the staff; communication has been negatively impacted by changes and planning happening amongst senior leaders
- Flexibility in work day, generous time off and commitment to learning and professional development
they are genuine and passionate about the work
figuring out better ways of coming together and building stronger and further reaching work relationships
learned about the company, the cause and any recent events related to the organization. That didn't seem to come up much, but definitely will impress by showing up prepared, knowing the work you are looking to get involved in (read the description closely), and just general interview readiness practices will serve you well
It is below industry average but there is a new compensation model in place that allows for more earning potential
it can look different depending on the location or field of work, but the organization is dedicating time and resources into more inclusive hiring and staff engagement/development practices
Supporting my colleagues and being out in the community connected to those we serve and seeing our collective impact
