I don't. His first move was fishing someone who's been with the company 34 years and now he's running the society line s corporation. They should've brought in someone from outside.

How would you improve National Multiple Sclerosis Society's culture?

C Suite needs to go. Pay the people doing the real work more. Oh and don't switch all your salary workers to hourly because you'd rather pay us less than comply with the new FSLA standards in January.

How does your compensation at National Multiple Sclerosis Society compare to the industry average?

Very well below average and will be worse come January when we're no longer salary and now hourly because they won't meet FSLA minimum

What's the diversity at National Multiple Sclerosis Society like?

There's not much. Most of the people let go in June were much of our diversity at the org

What brings you the most joy at National Multiple Sclerosis Society?

I love making a difference. I love getting to talk to people and hearing how much their lives have been improved by research or funding of MS projects. But all of that is in terrible danger of going away because the people who are able to do that aren't even paid enough to pay their bills
