Schedule and prepare annual Quality System Management Reviews, presenting key metrics and improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve non-conformances quickly to maintain customer confidence and product reliability. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or higher; technical or quality-related degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality audit processes. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis. Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present findings. Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods preferred.
