Provides functional expertise on development of operating standards within the engineering department. This role will provide engineering and leadership support to develop & appraise conceptual engineering solutions, as well as support the transitioning of these concepts into detailed engineering, execution and operational delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Support the greater Castrol Americas business and Americas GSC by participation in multi-functional teams to optimize the manufacturing operations and support customer delivery.
Maintains and reports on the roadmap for the factory of the future and works with the PU engineering and global engineering leadership to develop, deploy and implement solutions.

Job Summary:
The ACE Regional Over-The-Road Driver delivers gas grill cylinders to AmeriGas locations by tractor-trailer truck. In this position, you would load and unload pallets of cylinders at the AmeriGas District locations and Production Facility. Lay overs are possible to comply with DOT regulation hours and the truck has a sleeper cab available. The position is responsible for achieving delivery and repair objectives. Using effective communication, you will work with the customer and internal stakeholders to identify sales opportunities, and facilitate the successful delivery of products that benefit the client as well as NOV. Your ability to drive continual improvement processes is critical to your sales team's performance and success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Maintain good working relationship with all customer accounts personnel, including office and field teams, and attend to their requirements or requests efficiently and diligently to ensure that the customers receive the highest level of customer service from all areas of the organization.
Deliver technology presentations and training sessions with the customer when necessary.
Customer visits, client offices, field site support, intercompany travel as required throughout the assigned area.
Monitor customer issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure customer issues are handled effectively and quickly, adapting, improving, and communicating internal processes where necessary.
Assurance of timely, complete, and accurate invoicing, according to NOV and local customer legal requirements.
Sales Support:
Supports in the qualification of opportunities, offering the customer insight into processes and timings in line with the internal/external needs and as a result maximizing revenue on the account
Responsible for creating technical evaluations and product recommendations that help maximizing the sales and profitability of assigned area.
Support sales in achieving internal sales KPIs and metrics.
Review customer orders and match against the drilling application needs, make competent technical and commercial evaluations of the customer's order and relevant specifications.
Provide support for the contract/quote review process and raise visibility to any non-standard technical requirements that may impact the company.
Reporting:
Create Application Maps / Study for the applications in your area
Create and maintain a product offering map for the assigned area - history of development for a specific product
Capture tool performance data from ongoing jobs for data base entry and prepare to present customer run reports and run performance summaries.
Develop case histories and outstanding run reports for internal and external use
Create dull forensics reports for all required run in the area
Create incident reports analysis according to the QMS system
Product Development
Take the lead in the technical justification of the product development process for new design according to product development process standards
support sales in the development of the correct technical response to the client, and identifying new products to the area
Provide support to the product life cycle progress for the assigned projects in your area
Education and Experience:
4 Year bachelor's degree in engineering.
2-8 Years relevant oilfield experience

* Possess a satisfactory driving record
* Must be able to pass background check, pre-placement physical, pulmonary function/FIT test, and substance abuse testing
* Must be able to operate or be trained to operate heavy equipment such as a track hoe/back hoe in a safe manner
* Must be able to operate or be trained to operate existing solids control line of equipment and or any new solids control technology introduced to the market
