National Power, LLC is actively seeking a Service Sales Representative. Under the general direction of and reporting to the Service Senior Director, the Service Sales Representative will be responsible for effective sales efforts within Ohio territory.
This role will include developing new customer accounts, advising customers on service department capabilities, and expanding the generator rental division for National Power Corporation (“the Company”). The sales product portfolio will include Preventive Maintenance (PM) Agreements, load bank testing, quoted repair work (fuel services and service time/material repairs), Extended Warranties and generator rentals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance to meet or exceed annual quota targets
Manage sales with the aim of achieving gross margins and sales revenue that exceed forecasts.
Ability to assess and analyze territory market needs and customer base to create an effective market plan.
Monitor and report weekly quote activities to leadership
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify territory opportunities
Develop and execute strategic market plans based on customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base
Maintain expert knowledge of diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines
Serve as technical liaison for field service issues
Provide solutions and recommendations for complex technical challenges
Act as primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle
Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
Handle customer service issues and maintain long-term relationships
Monitor sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
Participate in department meetings as necessary.
Education & Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
1-3 years sales experience preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance-based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee's productivity and overall performance.

National Power, LLC is actively seeking a Level 4 DC Technician Under the general direction of and reporting to the Broadband Service Manager, the Level 4 DC Installer will primarily focus on testing, inspection, and quality assurance of DC power equipment, including verification of circuits on working live power distribution, comprehensive testing procedures, and system evaluation. This role includes both testing of new installations and regular inspection of existing systems.
In addition, the individual in this role must possess the leadership skills to manage a team of installers through all phases of a DC power system installation and serve as the job site supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct comprehensive testing and inspection of DC power systems and equipment Perform detailed quality assurance reviews of new installations and existing systems
Execute testing procedures which verify product/applications compliance with industry standards
Perform work operations on working equipment or circuits without direct supervision
Conduct thorough testing of direct current (DC) Controller Software and verify proper configuration
Oversee and verify DC Power transition work (cut-over on live equipment)
Perform detailed inspection of telecom battery installations
