Provide management support to project team as guided by the Director of Operations assisting in administration and organization of various project documents. This position requires an individual with a high level of organization, focus to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications


B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5-10 years of Construction Management or related experience, preferably in the electrical industry


Work Environment


Travel as Required Must be able to remain standing approximately 50% of the time. Occasionally bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, climbing This position requires frequent communication with customers, stakeholders, employees, and outside vendors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds

5 + years of experience in civil site design and design team management

Strong proficiency in design of water and sewer mains, mass grading, roadway horizontal and vertical design, erosion control, and storm drainage for commercial projects

Thorough background in civil design, governmental regulations, AutoCAD-CIVIL 3D, plan preparation, surveying principles and /or construction techniques

Experience working with client prototypes and standards preferred

Experience with national retail rollouts and high-volume design preferred

Candidates should be prepared to provide work samples and/or take a CAD assessment

Preferences

• NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) license preferred (PE candidates)

Key Responsibilities Include


The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of national projects, helping to drive the execution of strategic business initiatives across MMBSI. The candidate will bring a strong understanding of sales and financial operations and an ability to drive strategic dialogue across the organization, inform decision-making, proactively solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment in support of strategic and tactical initiatives.


Lead key strategic initiatives end-to-end by tracking deliverables, updating project plans, proactively tackling obstacles, and holding team members accountable for executing on plan tasks Collaborate across F&BM and other functional areas to understand and communicate results, monitor outcomes, obtain buy-in and provide frequent updates to all executives and stakeholders Partner closely with key leaders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or other related area 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, financial planning or sales operations; knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or Middle Market is preferred. Organization, flexibility, successful management and execution of a variety of tasks, and the ability to keep track of small details while handling competing priorities and projects. Knowledge and experience with core project methods; PMP certification preferred Excellent problem solver and critical thinker who can synthesize information, ask insightful questions and spot trends, and possesses the ability to effectively collaborate with team members Self-starting, energetic leader who elicits the respect and trust of partners and stakeholders Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across business lines and interact with and communicate to all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and creating executive level PowerPoint presentations Familiarity with business intelligence tools and analytics experience preferred Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment Experience with JPMC Commercial Banking systems a plus BA / BS degree Location: Plano, Texas / Chicago, Illinois
