What Does A National Sales Coordinator Do At CBS Corporation

* Help create sales presentations by attending brainstorming meetings with internal departments and with clients; developing presentation formats and materials; creating and/or maintaining one sheets and media kits.
* Provide customer service for national and local accounts customer service includes obtaining local invoices for clients/agencies as needed; interacting closely with Traffic Department and Programming to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and tracking down missing copy and instructions
* Daily sales order entry into traffic system.
* Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
* Facilitate local promotion and execution as needed at every stage of sales process from RFP (avail) through recap of a campaign.
* Works as a team with all other departments and high profile individuals
* Attend sales meetings, training sessions and client remotes as needed

What Does A National Sales Coordinator Do At Lamar

* Audit all incoming photos and completion information in the National Sales online POP system within the established timeframe protocol in National Sales.
* Auditing includes: o Verifying all contracted outdoor and/or transit products were posted with the correct copy. o Verify all contracted outdoor and/or transit products were posted within 5 working days (or other specified timeframe of the customer) of the start/posting date per the contract or posting instructions. o Verify the plant has provided all of the required completion information.
* Approve or reject incoming photos or completion information from the plant in the online POP system. o On rejected items, work closely with the plant to expedite revised photos or completion information, and keep all stake holders updated of any mispostings, obstacles or delays.
* Upon request by the customer and/or advertisers, provide photos and/or completion information manually via email.
* Maintain a positive relationship with customers/advertisers and local Lamar plants.
* Help plants and customers trouble shoot technical issues with the online POP system.
* Provide online POP systems training to customers, advertisers and local Lamar plants as needed.
* Keep online POP manual up to date with new or revised information.
* Manage POP online system by adding new agencies and customer/advertisers system as needed.
