- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or Science required.
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience, or a sales and coaching role including experience in the development and delivery of technical training (preferably within the diagnostics industry).
- Strong experience in delivering live, virtual, and blended learning.
- Exposure to Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills programs is a plus.
- Certified or willing to complete certification based on achieved milestones (via vendor Train-the-Trainer processes) to train sales methodologies, such as Richardson, Ignite Sales, and Miller Heiman.
