We are actively interviewing qualified candidates for a National Leasing Trainer role to be located in either Franktown, Colorado OR Grand Rapids, Michigan and will travel up to 75% of the time within our national portfolio.

This person will administrate, organize, and conduct training and educational programs in connection with Property Management apartment leasing and apartment promotional development. They may conduct programs in connection with on-the-job training including technical leasing training and management of employee orientation. They may participate in the design and development of in-house programs.

* Directly responsible for developing, writing, and implementing leasing and retention manuals.
* Manages leasing work flow.
* Responsible for scheduling and conducting sales training sessions both on-site and via online classes through video conferencing.

What we are looking for:

* Proficient, high level ability in Yardi property management software.
* At least 3+ years' experience in apartment leasing and/or property management including CRM Flex and RentCafe.
* At least 2+ years' experience in marketing, investment property marketing preferred.
* Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
* Marketing or Teaching degree or equivalent experience preferred.
