This role is responsible for coordinating with landfills and disposal sites to plan work activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency: Communicate upcoming work schedules and volumes of materials being transported or disposed of. Identify and evaluate alternative disposal or recycling options to reduce landfill use. Support the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and other business development materials. Assist with project documentation, contract administration, and other related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
Track, analyze, and report key project metrics and performance data.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with landfills and disposal sites to plan work activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency:
Communicate upcoming work schedules and volumes of materials being transported or disposed of.
Identify and evaluate alternative disposal or recycling options to reduce landfill use.
Support the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and other business development materials.

Qualifications & Education
Bachelor's degree required.
1-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.

· Review and interpret project plans to provide detailed estimates

National Salvage & Service is looking to hire a Demolition/Environmental Estimator for our Demolition Division.
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in quantity take-offs, estimating, and plan reviews to help drive our civil and demolition projects to success.
This position offers hands-on involvement with cutting-edge estimating software, including Planswift and Sharpsoft.

Essential Job Functions:
· Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials and demolition work
· Review and interpret project plans to provide detailed estimates
· Gather proposals, blueprints, and specifications for work to be estimated
· Complete cost analysis for Labor, Material, and Time
· Build and maintain a database for cost analysis
· Identify time requirements, labor and material use proposals, blueprints, and specifications
· Manage multiple projects with firm deadlines
· Utilize a unique perspective on problem resolution by collecting and analyzing information
· Interpret project specifications, drawings, and contracts
· Attend pre bid meetings, understanding bid documents to include plans and specs
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator or a similar role
· Exceptional mathematic skills
· Outstanding problem-solving skills
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft OS: Word, Excel, Power Point
· Detail-oriented, with a preference for high quality and technical expertise
· Highly precise and diligent demeanor, focused on follow through, takes pride in getting the task done on time and correctly
· Ability to remain flexible to lead multiple work streams to execute a plan and complete a project
· Independent, while maintaining a focus on team success
· Desire to build and maintain sincere relationships, working ethically and accurately within established guidelines
· Strong understanding of rules and regulations
· Experience with demolition of Heavy-Industrial, Commercial, or Municipal Sites
· Working knowledge of construction-related software and OSHA 30
· Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Climb, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day, Use Hands in Repetitive Motions, Repeat Same Movements, walk
on uneven terrain, Lift 50 pounds, Able to drive for long periods of time, Exposed to Loud Noises, and all-weather elements.
