Schedule, People that I worked with. Was able to save money through Fidelity.

Working 12 hour shifts

Benefits

Getting three and four days off in a time . Work night shift from 9 o’clock at night till 9 o’clock in the morning so if I was needed at home during the day for my son I could help him.
