Mr. Briskie joined the Company in 1987, beginning his career as a Test Engineer and progressing through numerous diverse Manager and VP positions. He is currently responsible for strategy development and leading execution of strategic initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the CEO, he drives and guides innovation of new capabilities, acquisitions, turnaround management, start-ups, divestments and other critical challenges and opportunities facing the Company. He has over 25 years experience in leading, managing, acquiring and expanding test lab and engineering services businesses. Mr. Briskie’s direct involvement with several acquisitions, start-ups, facility expansions, and development of new services and end-markets has made an impressive contribution toward the growth of NTS. Prior to NTS, Mr. Briskie worked as an Electrical Engineer for Griffin Technologies and also for Integrated Networks, Inc. Mr. Briskie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. He is a member of Vistage International (CEO Group), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL).

Hector Paez is a Chief Operating Officer, NTS at NTS - National Technical Systems and is based in California. He has worked as Market Development Director at NTS - National Technical Systems; Vice President of Commercial Excellence at NTS - National Technical Systems; and Senior Vice President, NTS Testing Operations East Region at NTS - National Technical Systems.

Senior Human Resources Executive with progressive experience in a variety of different industries including Technology, Internet, Media, Hospitality. and Aerospace & Defense. Proven track-record of success in both large Fortune 500 companies and smaller company environments. Extensive HR leadership experience including, most recently, serving as Chief HR Officer for Viad Corp (formerly Dial Corp); a publicly-traded Marketing & Events and Travel & Recreation company. Possess broad, specialized HR expertise in core areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, International HR, Training and Development, Internal Communications, Benefits Strategy and Compensation. MBA graduate in General Management and BBA graduate in Human Resources Management. Ex-collegiate and professional soccer player.

Mr. Villa is the Chief Information Officer for NTS. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology including infrastructure, support, and application development. He began his service with NTS in 1988 as a Systems Analyst when he helped design and create a proprietary Job Costing system. Since that time he has been involved with many acquisitions and mergers as well as significant strategic company reorganizations and system deployments. His team is responsible for creating and maintaining fully integrated systems that simplify access to information and improve service delivery to our customers. Mr. Villa holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree from California State University Northridge and is a member of the CIO Executive Council.

President and CEO Rich Adams leads the company in its mission to Help Customers Deliver Products the World Can Trust. Prior to joining NTS, Rich had a distinguished 25 year career at Intertek where he served as Senior Vice President in the Electrical and Wireless Global Business Line with responsibility across 22 countries, 64 sites, and 4700 employees. Rich served in the United States Army before earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from California State University, Long Beach, an MBA from the University of Redlands and a certificate in Leadership Development from UCLA.
