I've never even spoken to Mr. Milliron, nor any upper leadership.
How would you improve National University's culture?
Allow for advancement opportunities for more than just the advising team and offer respectable raises, 80 cents is abysmal in the tech industry. Take a look at the cost of living and adjust minimum pay accordingly.

I didn't, I had prior experience in the field and used existing knowledge to answer questions.
