I've never even spoken to Mr. Milliron, nor any upper leadership.

Allow for advancement opportunities for more than just the advising team and offer respectable raises, 80 cents is abysmal in the tech industry. Take a look at the cost of living and adjust minimum pay accordingly.

How does your compensation at National University compare to the industry average?

It is below industry average.

What's the diversity at National University like?

I feel like the university touts diversity as a talking point but it's a facade, because if they truly cared about their diverse staff they would make sure we have the means to survive without needing to work an extra two jobs.

What brings you the most joy at National University?

Clocking out at the end of the day.
