Insurance benefits are good Separate PTO and paid sick leave allowance Free college
No opportunity for upwards movement Abysmal raises Low pay College program is incredibly fast paced and faculty offer little to no support for students Micromanaging/Condescending Managers Lots of additional responsibilities not originally in the job description will be added to your workload without opportunity for negotiating additional compensation

Clocking out at the end of the day.
