Responsibilities
· Create and maintain client-approved documentation in standardized formats including:

· Read and understand diagrams and schematics to assist creation and standardization of documentation.
· Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure manuals are kept up to date based on changes with processes.
· Perform audits of work instructions by collaborating with operators and technicians of equipment to ensure accuracy.
· Perform other tasks with similar scope of work that may arise due to changes within the business and machine modality.
· Based on the business scenario should be able to mentor the extended team members/new joinees .
· Document the process as subject matter expert.

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/English/Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant experience in a technical writing role within a manufacturing, Aerospace/Additives, or engineering environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
· Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Proficiency in tools used for content management systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, P&IDs (Piping and instrumentation diagrams), blueprints, and engineering drawings.

Summary/Objective
The Austin Company performs design-build work for the industrial and specialized commercial markets. The Mechanical Intern actively works with in-house engineers, architects, and construction departments to assist with ongoing functions. In addition to assisting with project support, each intern participates in an interactive intern-specific project. Capital Technology Group (CTG) is thrilled to welcome a new cohort of ambitious undergraduate and graduate students for our Summer 2026 Software Development Internship. If you love building things, solving real-world problems, and collaborating with a talented team, this is your chance to make an impact while learning from experienced engineers.
This internship is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the Silver Spring, Maryland office each week and the rest remote. The program is full time at 40 hours per week and runs for 8 weeks from June 22 through August 14.
As a Software Development Intern, you'll own features and contribute to projects that support mission-critical work. You'll collaborate in a small engineering team, get mentorship from CTG technical leads, and gain hands-on experience building applications with modern technologies, including AWS cloud services, contemporary frameworks, and agile development practices. Your work will be meaningful, your contributions visible, and your learning immediate!
Throughout the summer, you'll join a weekly speaker series with CTG engineers and leaders, exploring software fundamentals, DevOps, data workflows, and user-centered design. You'll also participate in career growth training, including resume development, interviewing, and networking. The internship culminates with a final presentation where you showcase the projects you built, the skills you developed, and the impact of your work.

The Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) is the state agency in Massachusetts responsible for providing an attorney when the state or federal constitution or a state statute requires the appointment of an attorney for a person who cannot afford to retain one. The agency provides representation in criminal, delinquency, youthful offender, child welfare, guardianship, mental health, sexually dangerous person, and sex offender registry cases, as well as in appeals and post-conviction and post-judgment proceedings related to those matters.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Under the supervision of an experienced team member, apply engineering skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
Collaborate with current engineering staff in the interpretation of engineering data, conduct engineering analyses, and perform calculations and modeling utilizing appropriate software packages.
Participate in field tasks including but not limited to collection of environmental samples from various media (e.g., groundwater, surface water, soil, sediment, and gas). Assistance in implementing remedial actions designed by professional engineering staff.

Basic Qualifications:
Attending an accredited educational institution pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering or closely related field.
Preference is for candidate to have completed their Junior year in college with expected graduation in 2026.

Must be a self-starter, excel in time management, and work well under pressure.

They are directly supervised by an Assistant District Attorney.
Job Responsibilities:
Through our student practice order, interns may have the opportunity to appear on the record at arraignments, calendar calls, hearings, and trials. Interns will observe and assist with witness interviews, hearings, and trials, listen to and transcribe 911 calls, and review police reports. They will participate in the decision-making process regarding offers and aid in plea negotiations. The interns will participate in a vigorous and engaging training program, including attendance at lectures given by members of the criminal justice community and participation in several simulated practicums throughout the program. Finally, every effort will be made to give each intern a writing assignment that can serve as a writing sample for job searches.
