Job Description
General Summary:
Supports and assists with various lab administrative functions. This is a varied role involving supplies, ordering, supporting recruiting operations and assisting with employee and facility administrative needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative functions, handling multiple projects
Assist with monitoring supply inventories
Purchasing processes, requisitions, purchase orders and tracking
Monitoring deliveries, helping to resolve discrepancies for AP processing
Support recruiting operations including scheduling applicants for interviews, confirming appointments and greeting candidates
Maintain appropriate records, spreadsheets and reports
Aid in facility matters, communications or projects as requested
Assist with delegated administrative tasks, routine HR matters, associate requests or other inquiries
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
No specific education level required
Prior Administrative Assistant or relevant experience necessary
Prior screening calls and scheduling experience desired
Procurement experience, including issuing purchase orders preferred
Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including word and excel
Must be able to read and write English

About the opening
Vista Eye Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Optometric Glaucoma Specialist who genuinely cares about the patient experience and is dedicated to providing the world-class service the practice is known for. You'll have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry and care for a wide variety of patients and conditions-on average, 18 to 25 patients are cared for daily. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a half-day on Friday - because the life outside of the clinic matters too! About the Optometrist Opening
Ragsdale Vision Center is seeking a part-time or full-time Optometrist who genuinely cares about the patient experience and is dedicated to providing top-notch eye care to ensure optimal vision. You'll perform comprehensive eye exams and ocular medical visits for patients of all ages, medical, and visual conditions-an average of 20 patients are cared for daily. The practice is looking for a friendly doctor with the ability to efficiently perform exams while making patients feel welcome at Ragsdale Vision Center. This is an excellent opportunity to directly impact the success of an established practice and care for a variety of patients and conditions.

Qualifications
7 to 10 years of experience in related field.
Requires at least 5 years of supervisor/management experience.
Intermediate knowledge of JDA & DVI preferred.
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of MS Office including word and excel.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to read and write English.
Sustained light (20lbs or less) physical effort required.
