The opportunity: NWC is in search of an experienced Coordinator of Sales and Event Management who will split time between the Sales, the Marketing and the Event Management departments, lending sales and event management support of contracting, invoicing, event coverage including site tours and administrative tasks. This role will also be handling some sales contracting and management for events as well. Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Coordinator will deal with data entry information and standard operating procedures, maintenance and updates, event contract management, and the liaison to marketing. This is a multifaceted job with a broad spectrum of opportunities for professional development. You will join a small, nimble, collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial team as we accelerate growth of a new events hub and innovation campus in Denver, Colorado. What you will do: Correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, and booking small, community, and short-term events. Serve as the liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Track and support upcoming events, maintain the organization's events calendar, and assist with the integration and rollout of a new mobile app. Collaborate with event clients and internal teams on marketing materials and promotions. Assist with the creation and scheduling of event-related content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and other marketing channels. Coordinate the creation and delivery of event marketing materials such as flyers, social posts, signage, and email campaigns. Provide timely and professional phone, voicemail, and email communication with leads and clients. Maintain and update client information, including leads, lost leads, re-bookings, contacts, and other relevant records. Prepare for Client Care meetings and assist with pre-/post-invoicing, contracts, proposals, proformas, and addendums as needed. Provide coverage for prospective event client tours. Assist the events team with tracking client deposits, final payments, COIs, W9s, and other necessary event documents. Serve as the point of contact for VIP client experiences and tours through Visit Denver or other partner organizations. Collect and input all campus coordination event information into the weekly campus schedule and prepare updates for campus coordination meetings, board meetings, and other requested reports. Support marketing with updates to event-related materials and assist with requests for website or other marketing platforms. Manage full event contracting and event management responsibilities for assigned events. Other duties as assigned. Sales / Event Management Coordination: What you will bring along: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience in sales and event management or marketing. 1 - 2 years of client relationship management, event planning, marketing communications, or administrative support experience. Job Description Responsibilities Drive the development and refinement of Brand's messages and creative campaign/activations. Collaborate with team leaders in other marketing areas to help lead go-to-market planning. Identify/optimize opportunities to drive cross-team collaboration and alignment to optimize performance. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
