Monitor quality control and safety compliance throughout each project phase. Safety & Compliance Enforce all safety regulations, PPE usage, and fall protection protocols. Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and compliant with OSHA and company standards. Report and document incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Participate in ongoing OSHA and manufacturer training programs. Documentation & Reporting Complete daily reports and job documentation accurately and on time. Communicate project updates and issues promptly to supervisors and project managers. Track labor, materials, and equipment usage for cost control and reporting. Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience. Proven expertise installing and maintaining BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roof systems. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide crews. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Excellent safety record and deep knowledge of roofing safety procedures. Willingness to work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
