Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers requirements for warranty and industry standards. Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerize estimating software; Edge Estimating Software experience highly preferred. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word. Must be a motivated self-starter with a professional appearance. Ability to provide clear instructions and effectively explain problems or situations.
