Alan H. Fishman (born 16 March 1946) is an American businessman. He was notably the last CEO of Washington Mutual (WaMu) prior to its assets being seized by federal regulators on September 25, 2008.

Jay Bray was appointed as a member of our board in 2012 and was elected as Chairman in July 2016. Bray has also served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2012, our President since June 2015 and as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2011 to February 2012. In addition, he has served as the President of Nationstar Mortgage LLC, since July 2011, as the Chief Executive Officer of Nationstar Mortgage LLC since October 2011, as the Chief Financial Officer of Nationstar Mortgage LLC from the time he joined Nationstar in May 2000 until September 2012, as a Manager of Nationstar Mortgage LLC since October 2011, and as a Director of another subsidiary, Nationstar Capital Corporation, since March 2010. Bray has close to 25 years of experience in the mortgage servicing and originations industry. From 1988 to 1994, he worked with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served as an audit manager from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 2000, Bray held a variety of leadership roles at Bank of America and predecessor entities, where he managed the Asset Backed Securitization process for mortgage-related products, developed and implemented a secondary execution strategy and profitability plan and managed investment banking relationships, secondary marketing operations and investor relations. Additionally, Mr. Bray led the portfolio acquisition, pricing and modeling group at Bank of America. Bray holds a B.A.A. in Accounting from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.

Amar Patel is an Interim Exec VP & CFO at NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE HOLDINGS INC.. He has worked as Vice President at Capstead Mortgage Corp, Exec VP/Interim CFO at MR Cooper Group Inc, and Senior VP:Asset Management at Capstead Mortgage Corp. Amar attended Southern Methodist University and Baylor University.

Francis Lobo joined United Online as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Online on November 5, 2013. At the same time, he became a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Lobo came to United Online from AOL, where he served in various roles over the past nine and a half years. Most recently, he was the President of AOL Services where he managed multiple AOL properties including AOL.com, AOL Mail, AOL Search, AIM and MapQuest. Mr. Lobo was also a member of AOL's Global Operating Committee. Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Lobo founded VishwaGram Info Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., a vendor of telecom products and services in India. Before that, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Frank Lynn & Associates, a business-to-business market strategy consulting firm in Chicago. Mr. Lobo received his Bachelors of Commerce from St. Joseph's College at Bangalore University in India and his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.

Kevin Dahlstrom brings to Nationstar more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, product strategy and e-commerce for leading financial organizations. Most recently, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Elevate, a leading online provider of personal loans. While there, Dahlstrom developed and implemented a multi-channel, data-driven customer acquisition strategy responsible for acquiring more than one million customers. He also was a key member of an executive team responsible for that company’s dramatic revenue growth, which averaged over 50% annually for nine years. Prior to Elevate, Dahlstrom held senior positions in several high-grown Internet and software companies in Texas and California. Dahlstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
