What DON'T You Like About Working There?

The research institute is led by a nasty racist doctor (president of the institute). I have been working here for many years, but I had to constantly dodge his abhorrent comments and be extremely careful when dealing with him. Otherwise, I respect the current CEO and the previous two CEO's and I like their demeanor.

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Poor treatment of employees. If you are an employee of Nationwide Children's Hospital then you are treated as a child. This is not a good place to work if you like to feel respected as an individual and a professional. Their attention goes to petty issues such as clock in times (8 or 10 minutes late) and ignores the hard work of employees leaving them to specialize in one assay and be isolated from their peers. You will never see any promise of improvement or learning at this institute. Show More
