Steve Allen is a Professor at The Ohio State University and Chief Executive Officer at Nationwide Children's Hospital and is based in Columbus, Ohio. He has worked as Professor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth); Chief Medical Officer, Memorial Hermann Hospital at MEMORIAL HERMANN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM; and Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital at MEMORIAL HERMANN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. Steve studied at University of Utah School of Medicine, The University of Texas Medical Branch, and University of Washington.

Beginning her career with an internship, followed by her pediatric residency, Dr. Thomas has served over 40 years with the hospital. She began caring for patients in Primary Care and then serving as Section Chief of Ambulatory Pediatrics and a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and Chief of the Division of Ambulatory Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She also served as the principal investigator of the Child and Family Health Services Grant, a title V program funded through the Ohio Department of Health.

Rick Miller is President and COO at Nationwide Children's Hospital, a position he has held since 2006. Rick has been employed by the hospital since 1985, and previously held several different administrative positions in planning, human resources and operations prior to being appointed COO.

Dr. Morse is currently the Chief Quality Officer at Children's Medical Center Dallas in Texas. Previously he was the Medical Director for Quality at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and was an emergency room physician there for 11 prior years.Dr. Morse graduated from medical school at SUNY - Upstate Medical University; completed his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, and his pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children's Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University Medical School. He earned his Master’s in Medical Management in 2012 at the University of Southern California.
