Essential Functions:
Performs a variety of investigational procedures on patients, such as Routine, Extended, and Portable video EEGs, and Long Term Epilepsy Monitoring, under direct supervision.
Applies, checks, and maintains EEG electrodes correctly, understanding the International 10-20 System for placement.
Calibrates and adjusts EEG instrument settings, ensuring high-quality, artifact-free tracings. Performs special recording techniques as necessary.
Gains knowledge of EEG technology principles, anatomy, and physiology. Recognizes normal and abnormal EEG activity patterns.
Provides patient-focused care, explains procedures clearly to patients or family members, observes clinical manifestations, and handles emergency situations appropriately.
Handles administrative duties, such as answering phones, scheduling procedures, keeping records, maintaining supplies, processing patient charges, and ensuring equiptment maintenance.
Actively participates in professional development activities, inclusive of conferences, technical meetings, and assigned readings.

About the Role
Under the direction of the Head of Schools, the Reading Interventionist carries out the primary responsibility for planning and delivering instruction based on Common Core Standards and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
If you are not trained in OG (Orton Gillingham) or Wilson, training will be provided!
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver academic instruction, differentiating as necessary to address student learning needs.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of each student's learning challenges based on available records and current observable data. Formulate goals and objectives to address student needs and implement appropriate instructional programs to facilitate progress.
Assist the Behavior Specialist with monitoring the schoolwide Positive Behavior Training (PBT) management system at the classroom level.
Monitor each student's progress against content standards and IEP goals by administering formal and informal assessments, constructing a portfolio of student work samples, and maintaining records of student grades as applicable.
Conduct three formal parent-teacher conferences per year with follow-up written summary; communicate progress via phone and email as necessary.
Prepare and update written annual IEP goals and progress summaries.
Present progress and proposed goals at IEP meetings to district representatives, parents/guardians, and any other attendees.
Under the direction of the Mentor Teacher, serve as a test administrator for the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress.
Co-facilitate weekly team meetings with the classroom Behavior Specialist.
Provide direction to the classroom assistant weekly to maximize efficiency in materials preparation, instructional delivery, and otherwise meeting student needs.
Attend all school staff meetings, academic department meetings, and IEP meetings.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Practical knowledge/experience implementing Common Core Curriculum, Universal Design for Learning, and strategies for differentiation of instruction.
Demonstrated ability to identify accommodations and interventions that will facilitate an optimal learning experience for each student.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and test engineers to understand software requirements and translate them into effective test cases
* Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications
* Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing automated test frameworks
* Execute automated test suites, investigate failures, log defects with clear reproducible steps, and assist in root-cause analysis
* Work with broader team to expand test coverage, improve automation stability, and refine testing processes
* Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
* Document test results and report on findings
Education and Experience:
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong interest in software testing
* Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Pytest, Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is a plus
* Experience with Postman for REST API testing is helpful

The Behavioral Health (BH) Respite Care Provider Intern in the BH Respite Program provides compassionate care and supervision to children and adolescents with diverse needs, including behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for participants while accompanying participants in a variety of respite activities. This position is an internship and works up to 19 hours per week.

Help provide a structured environment for youth to participate in the scheduled Respite activities.
Encourage participation in scheduled respite activities.
Transport BH Respite clients to and from the program activity.
Assist in supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of children and adolescents in the program.

Maintain and complete accurate documentation for all youth in attendance for respite services as needed.

The Opportunity
The XY and Li Labs are seeking a PhD intern with deep expertise in AI Agent architectures to advance our capabilities in Optical Pooled Screens (OPS). Our teams have developed high-performance internal computational frameworks to process terabytes of OPS data. However, optimal execution of these pipelines currently relies on complex, manual configuration by domain experts.
We are looking for a researcher to build an autonomous agentic system capable of driving these internal tools. The goal is to move from "human-in-the-loop" operation to a fully autonomous reasoning engine that can optimize data processing strategies on the fly.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture: Design a modular Python-based agent capable of "tool use" (invoking internal binary executables and APIs).
API & Documentation: Build a production-grade interface for the agent. You must prioritize clear, standard communication protocols to ensure the agent can be easily integrated into broader multi-agent workflows.
Benchmarking: Establish a rigorous evaluation framework to quantify the agent's ability to converge on optimal processing configurations compared to human experts.
Project Scope
Autonomous Pipeline Optimization: Design an agent capable of utilizing our internal OPS CLI and Python tools. The agent must autonomously test hypotheses on raw image data to determine optimal parameters for image stitching, registration, and feature extraction.
Agentic Reasoning & Recovery: Implement a robust reasoning loop (e.g., Plan-and-Solve, ReAct) that can interpret structured quality control logs. The system should effectively diagnose failure modes-distinguishing between data anomalies and configuration errors-and self-correct without human intervention.
Interoperable System Design: A critical requirement is the ability of this agent to exist within a larger automated ecosystem. You will design and implement a well-documented, standard API (REST/OpenAPI) for the agent. This interface must allow third-party orchestrators or other specialized agents to communicate with your system, submit jobs, and negotiate parameters programmatically.
