I enjoyed the flexibility of my schedule. If I needed to come in late I could flex my schedule to stay late and vise versa. I also loved all the vacation time that was given and they even had extra days beyond normal vacation days for emergent situations.

I didn't like being micromanage and the anaylitcs program that kept track of every keystroke and mouse click. I'm an adult, when I go to work I am there to work and always strive to do my best things like that are just aggravating.

My favorite perk is vacation time. I work hard at my job and i get immersed into what I do and I need that vacation time to reset my mind and balance me out l.
