Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

We are seeking an Associate to join our growing Credit platform to focus on our Credit Secondaries business. The Associate will be responsible for performing a broad range of analytical, communication and research duties as part of the firm's secondary credit investment activities. The associate will also work alongside investment professionals involved in the firm's credit primary and co-investment platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate due diligence processes on credit secondary transactions, including the research of underlying portfolio investments and the creation of detailed valuation models. This individual must have the ability to think and act as a principal investor, converting analyses into well-developed investment recommendations will be important.
* Play an active role in investment transactions from start to finish, including legal documentation and all closing logistics. **Job Description**
The Fixed Income VP is responsible for the settlements of a high dollar value US Treasury portfolio across multiple security settlement accounts. **Job Summary:**
Portfolio management for designated customers. Responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of Japanese Corporate loan portfolio clients. As focusing on subsidiary lending, designated customers will be complex relationships focusing on non-investment grade clients, customers with a large credit exposure, structured finance transactions, and customers with complex corporate structures.
**Major Responsibilities:**
Portfolio Management & Underwriting
+ Perform due diligence and regularly scheduled credit reviews.
+ Analyze credit risk of the designated portfolio, determine accurate ratings and make recommendations of accurate and timely ratings to management; designated customers will be more complicated ones than those assigned to junior PMs, such as lower graded customers, customers with large credit exposure, customers with structured finance transactions, and customers with complex corporate structure.
+ Prepare detailed credit analysis and credit applications in accordance with Bank's credit policies and procedures such as Americas Credit Standards, Americas Credit-Related Procedures, Credit and JCB's internal operating manuals, evaluating the borrower's industry, business, legal and financial risks, and recommend extensions of credit.
+ Manage deadlines and workload in accordance with the schedule.
+ Function as a subject matter expert with regard to particular industries and industry subsectors.
+ Fully understand and be able to assess risk of standard bank products including loans, standby letter of credit, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, securitization, and lease.

Manager will periodically check in, however, associates can also make appropriate judgement when to escalate/consult with the manager where necessary.
+ Advise account officers on credit risk issues, terms and conditions to craft the best possible deal with the goal of improving profit and minimizing credit cost.
+ While closely consulting with manager, communicate with credit division/administration with regard to rating rationale, facility structuring/exposures and ensure credit division provided with all credit related information and analysis pertinent to making a decision.
Policy Compliance
+ Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements (JFSA, BOJ, FRB, OCC and FDIC).
+ Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures by understanding and adhering to Americas Credit Standards, Americas Credit-Related Procedures, Credit Rules, Procedures for Credit Ratings, JCB Operating Manual, and any other applicable pronouncements.

**Job Summary:**
The Microsoft Teams Calling Engineer, VP will be responsible for the engineering and support of the MUFG Teams Calling Voice environment, leading the performance management insights, and ensuring the high availability and performance of critical Telecommunications infrastructure leveraging the IR Prognosis solution. + **Support and Administration** : Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Phone System ensuring efficient service delivery

+ **Preventative Maintenance** : Support presentative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans; maintain and test plans regularly

**Skills**
+ **Experience** : Proven experience in a large financial services company or similar environment, with proven 5-10 years in a senior Voice engineering role

The Head of Technology Risk Management will lead and oversee the firm's technology risk management function within the First Line of Defense, reporting directly to the Technology Business Unit Risk and Control Officer (BURCO). This role will require the leadership and coordination of various functional resources in the delivery of new process, procedures, controls, and technology.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:**
+ To plan, direct and govern one or more projects in the Technology portfolio, ensuring quality, outcomes, timelines and cost requirements are delivered. This includes ensuring compliance to the prescribed project delivery framework and ensuring that reporting obligations as defined within the project delivery framework are met
+ To scope each project and plan individual project delivery. The project being delivered could be both non-IT and IT related (including but not limited to creation of or enhancements/revisions to an application, creating a database, or system migration).
+ To engage all stakeholders of the project and agree/ put in place effective project governance using the guidelines in the project delivery framework. Ensure that escalation is into the Technology portfolio committee.
+ To create the baseline plan and scope for the project. To oversee that project delivery adheres to agreed scope and baselined timeline. To re-plan and raise change controls without the project breaching approved budget / timeline etc when change happens.
+ To provide Change Management expertise to manage delivery, resolve conflict and mitigate change risk and advise the business on decisions relating to change
+ To structure the project plan with meaningful milestones (following guidelines in the project delivery framework) that when baselined provide a basis to regular project reporting. Provide transparency as to project progress in regular project updates; ensuring that no project reporting data becomes "stale" or out of date. Ensure that reporting updates are meaningful to all project and Technology portfolio stakeholders, not all of whom will be SME's in all aspects of the project. Provide executive summarized information when requested to Central PMO for inclusion in executive reporting about the Technology portfolio.
+ To support portfolio manager in the delivery of portfolio strategy, including providing input into the required reporting forums
+ To collaborate with key functional or business stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes / deliverables in relation to the portfolio book of work
+ To provide accurate, and concise, point-in-time reporting to all stakeholders, generated from golden source tools including the General Ledger, and PPM (Portfolio, Program, Project Management) tools.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Full lifecycle project management ensuring that the projects / program being delivered are compliant to minimum quality standards defined in the project delivery policy / process / procedures. This includes being complete (in terms of data capture as specified in the toolset and documentation standards); current (no stale data as in missed dates); and accurate (maintained with the latest update). Responsibility for the project will be from initiation through to handover to business and project closure.
+ This will be through regular and proactive use of reporting provided by central PMO; and regular meetings with staff delivering the portfolio of work
+ Regular catch-up with peers / risk control owners in other departments who have vested interest in quality project delivery. Using golden source data to submit updates to oversight / executive committees instead of off-line data sources
+ Sign-off all deliverables assigned to the Project Manager roles in the project delivery lifecycle RACI and roles and responsibilities
+ Run and manage steering committees, working groups (cross functional) and ensure accountability of actions against timelines and responsible stakeholders
+ Support the Technology portfolio manager, who has overarching responsibility for the governance and delivery of all projects within the Technology portfolio.
+ Identify and understand issues, errors or concerns, swiftly and accurately and resolve problems considering agreed policy, procedures and service needs.
+ Carry out analysis and form clear recommendations and proposal on projects / programs based on sound business rationale. Clearly articulate strategic imperatives and benefits of projects - describe complex problems and solutions in a compelling manner, influencing senior management. Ensure consensus and collaboration with project delivery partners. Be a trusted partner to stakeholders, central PMO and other departments ensuring updates are transparent and accurate; actions, risks, issues, dependencies are effectively managed through to completion.
+ Run and manage project steering committees, working groups (cross functional) and ensure accountability for delivery of actions against planned timelines is clearly defined / executed.
+ Define and track the delivery of project outcomes and benefits in order to justify the business case and decisions to prioritize the project for delivery.
+ Engage, contract and manage third party vendors within the procurement policy and third party vendor management policy.
+ Ensure that project delivery steering committees / working groups remain in governance: that meetings are quorate, the Terms of Reference are reviewed at the end of each project delivery phase, that the portfolio committee has visibility / transparency of project delivery status, change and risk and that project risk and issues (RAID) items are escalated appropriately / on time. This is through:
+ Creating a baseline and management of baseline (budget, scope, outcomes / benefits, timeline)
+ Approval of change
+ Approval and closure of mitigating actions for escalated risks and issues
+ Approval of project go live and capture / logging of Accountable Executive Attestation at go live
+ Approval to close project following update as to lessons learned and project closure reports
+ Approval of every project business case (benefits vs cost)
**WORK EXPERIENCE:**
Essential:
+ Minimum 8 years proven track record delivering technology projects to financial institutions within time and budget.
Demonstrable experience of:
+ **Investment budget management** - accurate forecasting of cost categories; management of "estimate at complete" vs budget; budget change control (at individual project or program level). Demonstratable insight into controlling cost e.g. no actuals being committed before budget approval and planning / interventions that need to be made if approved budget (vs committed budget) is at risk of being exceeded
+ **Investment project allocations agreement** - working across stakeholders to agree how project costs (budget, increase to on-going expense budget) and benefits and gaining commitment that these costs are factored into their department business plans.
+ **Delivery resource review and attestation of on time project / program delivery ("doability")** - working across resource supply teams to confirm the availability of required capacity to deliver the portfolio; overseeing project manager progress to securing resource or re-planning project delivery timelines avoiding "crisis escalation" except in genuine cases of inability to secure a rare skillset.
+ **Project / Program Management Subject Matter Expertise** -managing delivery several potentially unrelated projects, resolving conflict, delays and mitigate change risk and advise the business on decisions relating to change

**Job Summary:**
Business Analyst, Global Information Services (GIS) is responsible for supporting in-house developed GIS applications for all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC and Tokyo). This role will have both business-as-usual tasks such as customer hierarchy maintenance, data transfers and reconciliations as well as project implementations to enhance the system or fix problems as they arise.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Help Global Information Services Data and Reporting team to implement strategic initiatives
+ Work closely with different stakeholders to maintain the data integrity
+ Supporting day-to-day management of the global data transfers between multiple customer databases and any projects related to global data framework, any issues with the data loaders and transfer portals
+ Other Ad-hoc reporting/Documentation to support business partners
+ Ability to understand system functions and logic
+ Conduct business testing of application
+ To mediate between IT and Business users for application bugs and new feature requirements
**Qualifications**
+ 4-6 years of experience as Business and Data Analyst in financial industry preferably
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, VBA (Macro scripting), Power BI skills - (preferred)
+ Banking or consultancy experience with extensive background in Microsoft Technologies, Project Management etc.
+ Understanding of corporate banking products such as credit loans, supply chain business, securitization, project finance etc. is preferred
+ Must have solid communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively
+ Experience working with developers as business liaison
+ Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues using SQL
+ Flexibility to support calls with head office and other regions as needed
**Education:**
-Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience
The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $146K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. **Job Summary:**
We're seeking a Credit Risk Analyst who will be part of our growing Portfolio Management Group. You will handle credit coverage for clients in the Sports sector for team, league and venue borrowers. You'll prepare detailed credit analyses and the required credit applications, which include the evaluation of corporate, regulatory and industry risk, historical operating performance, projected operating performance, and capital structure.
As an Analyst, you'll assess risk factors associated with each credit and determine the appropriate risk ratings based on established policies and guidelines. You will support active credit management and new transaction underwriting utilizing solid credit and analytical skills, analyzing risks and mitigants, including monitoring credits for potential internal and regulatory rating changes and general credit deterioration with the goal of maximizing the Bank's net income while minimizing credit costs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform due diligence on new transactions, amendment requests as well as regularly scheduled quarterly, semi-annual and annual credit reviews of the existing loan portfolio.
+ Coordinate and communicate account information across various constituencies.
+ Responsible for building and maintaining knowledge of country/risk factors and all current events within the Sports industry vertical in the assigned portfolio utilizing internal and external sources.
+ Attend client and bank meetings when appropriate via phone, video or occasionally in-person.
+ Stay abreast of and maintain compliance with all internal existing and amended policies and procedures
+ Participate in special projects as assigned.
**Advanced Credit/Underwriting Solutions:**
+ Support the prescreening of proposed transactions to identify critical structural issues and risks, balancing institutional policy with business objectives.
+ Prepare and present select Quarterly Watch List credits to senior credit officers.
+ Understand and maintain knowledge of industries represented in portfolio, including technical aspects and regulatory issues.
**Policy and Deal Advocacy:**
+ Support Portfolio and Relationship Managers to problem solve and ensure transaction requests are acceptable within the risk appetite of the Bank.
+ Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedural requirements by understanding and adhering to Global Corporate and Investment (GCIB) Operating Procedures, General Credit Policies for the Americas (GCP), and Procedures for Credit Ratings and Credit Rules.
+ Evaluate and establish appropriate ratings for transactions and correlate appropriate exposure level with regard to exposure on both a transaction and group level.
+ Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, including timely completion of all assigned training courses.
**Skills & Experience:**
+ Minimum of 6 months of work experience focused on a comprehensive Sports portfolio comprised of league wide, individual team, and sports/entertainment venue transactions within a financial institution. Alternatively, minimum of 1 year work experience within a financial institution or rating agency analyzing corporate client's risk and credit profiles.
+ Strong financial spreading/modeling and analytical skills specifically related to Sports, including calculating EBITDA adjustments and Fixed Charge Covenant ratios using LTM, forward looking and base case assumptions.
+ Experience analyzing Sports credit and risk profiles across various financing transactions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to work independently.
+ Completion of a formal credit-training program at a money center bank preferred
+ Bachelor's degree, in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics (working towards a CFA a plus).
