Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our domestic customers, ensuring their inquiries, orders, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with domestic customer accounts
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a timely and courteous manner
Process quotations, purchase orders, and claims accurately
Update customers, sales reps, and internal stakeholders on order status and changes
Interpret and enter technical drawings into the system as required
Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
Collaborate with management to grow and maintain customer accounts

Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant education or experience may be considered in lieu)
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk throughout the workday as needed

Position Overview
As a Machinist at CLM, you'll be operating one of our CNC machines. Daily responsibilities include setup and operation of the machine, minor programming modifications (when needed), quality checks, and regular and preventative maintenance procedures. Knowledge of cutting tools (i.e., drills, end mills, inserts for lathes, and taps)
Knowledge of precision measuring tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages, small hole gages, etc)
Technical degree in area of specialty or 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Must be capable of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Preferred:
Good time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to read, interpret and modify CNC programs

Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: St. Charles, MO Join Natoli Engineering as a CNC Machinist and become an integral part of our team! We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes, with the potential for light programming duties. We have immediate needs on both 1st and 2nd shift. Expect an immediate response, easy apply and a quick start! Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC equipment
Generate CNC programs, if applicable
Troubleshoot related programs on the manufacturing shop floor.
Ability to inspect parts per print and make necessary adjustments.
Make tooling changes and alterations to tool geometry.
Light maintenance i.e.: oil, grease etc.
Maintain clean and organized work area
Required Skills and Attributes:
Self-Starter; working with little or no supervision
Knowledge of G&M code
Mazatrol knowledge a plus
Read and understand blueprints
Understand and use of precision measuring equipment
