The primary role of the MaintenanceTechnician is to provide competent & effective Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance support to the Plant and Facility operations in a safe manner. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting and repairing of plant machinery to meet industry standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and Local Government. The position will require a flexible schedule focusing on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installed, and/or troubleshoot and repair Manufacturing equipment such as: assembly, conveyors, forming, mixing (Oven operations is a plus).
Follows work instructions and OSHA safety rules, including the use of all PPE and other safety equipment in an industrial environment.
Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, detect and replace defective items, test and make final adjustments for high-speed production equipment.
Diagnose and repair all electrical functions.
Must be able to prioritize and triage in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to maintain equipment in accordance with diagrams and manufactures specifications while following preventative maintenance work orders and scheduled PM'S.
Generate work orders, and parts request.
Be able to use some machine shop, and other related machines as required to repair parts or fabricate modifications.
Complete work orders and PMs and the documentation for that work
Ability to use mechanical and pneumatic processes: including cylinders and glue machines, date coders.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, and other appropriate equipment
Maintain current GMP, Safety, Food Safety, & technical knowledge by actively participating in training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following list that follows is representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
2+ years of experience working in the food manufacturing industry.
4 years of experience working as an experienced level maintenance mechanic.
PLC experience is a plus
Able to work rotation 12-hour shift including weekends and some overtime and occasionally.
Ability to follow manufacturing specifications and schematics.
Knowledge of food grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding techniques.
Complete knowledge of fabrication techniques.
Electrical knowledge and packing machinery experience a plus.
Possess a full complement of the necessary hand and power tools to support an industrial manufacturing plant.
Ability to multitask, prioritize items and be self-motivated.
Complete knowledge of all tools required for industrial maintenance, including those used to broach, mill, and lathe.
Must be able to communicate and understand safety issues, including reading the information on safety equipment and relaying relevant information to coworkers.
Have a basic knowledge of control power and main power.
Be able to identify and understand all different lubricants and their use for a chain lube to a high-performance synthetic lube.
Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Acetylene).
Understand pneumatic and water systems.
Must be able to use soldering techniques
Must be able to read electrical schematics.
Must be able to identify appropriate motor frame, power load, and amp draw.
Must have their own set of professional electrical tools, including voltmeter and amp meter.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Complete working knowledge of the manufacturing process, typically resulting from a minimum of five years' experience in related jobs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The MaintenanceTechnician Level II is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and doing repairs within Grand Lodge.

Purpose Statement
The manual Machinist - Maintenance will produce or repair bakery equipment parts using manual lathe and milling machines. The Machinist will also be responsible for keeping machines maintained and clean. This role requires high levels of precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blue prints and hand sketches. Basic understanding and use of machine shop tools required.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Operate manual lathes and milling machine, and other machining equipment to produce or repair parts.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blue print and hand sketches.
Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment for production run.
Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform some assemblies.
Able to repair damaged shaft and fit the bearings.
Knowledge about bearing tolerances and bearing fit.
Maintain a clean organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize the machining process.
Keep accurate records of parts, including measurements and adjustments made.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship in machining preferred.
Proficient in operation of manual lathes, milling machines and other machining equipment.
Strong understanding of machining principles, techniques and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work in a noisy environment with exposure to machining equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work on Sundays if necessary.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in machining environment.

Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $33.00 to $36.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
The Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position within the Operations Department. This position is responsible for performing maintenance duties as required and should be capable of responding to and resolving building-related problems and/or service requests. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, as well as in a team dynamic. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including refrigeration systems. Maintenance of complex control systems
Installation of electrical circuitry, disconnect switches, lighting fixtures, transformers, motor controls, PLCs and drivers
Air Handler maintenance to include filters, belts and all associated parts
Troubleshoot/repair icemakers, ice machines, freezers and refrigerators
Install and maintain commercial kitchen equipment
Install and repair various plumbing parts and equipment
Install pumps/motors of various sizes and capacities
Inspect/log boilers, chillers and air handler activity set points and performance
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial/industrial facility
Must be skilled in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, fabrication and mechanical troubleshooting
State certified in electrical or refrigeration preferred

Summary:
