Nature's Bounty CEO and leadership

Paul Sturman joined The Nature’s Bounty Co. as President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2017. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

A proven, entrepreneurial, global executive, Paul brings to The Nature’s Bounty Co. 30+ years of success in delivering exceptional results in consumer driven businesses as measured by revenue and income growth, market share, organizational development and shareholder value. Recognized as a disciplined, decisive and authentic leader who builds businesses through insight, clear strategic vision and prioritization of effort, Paul places particular focus upon attracting and inspiring diverse teams to produce superior results. Paul is a risk-taker and change agent with a history of turning businesses around, creating and sustaining conditions for meaningful innovation, and transforming organizations organically and/or through M&A integration.

Paul brings tangible industry experience to his new role having spent six years successfully leading Pfizer’s $3+ billion Consumer Healthcare business (formerly Wyeth), one of the largest over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products companies in the world. He served as Global President and was responsible for all aspects of the business unit’s operations, including the development and marketing of major household brands such as Advil®, ChapStick®, and Robitussin® as well as vitamin and supplement brands. After integrating the business into Pfizer, Paul led the turnaround of what was a historically declining business to outpace industry consumption growth through organic growth, acquisitions and securing the licensing rights for the prescription to OTC switch of Nexium.

Previously, Paul served as President, North America for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care, where he was responsible for more than 30 brands, including Listerine®, Band-Aid®, Stayfree®, Monistat®, Rogaine®, Neosporin®, and Visine®. He began his marketing career with Warner-Lambert, stewarding brands like Trident sugarless gum, Dentyne Ice, Rolaids antacids, and Halls Cough drops.

A well-regarded executive in the healthcare industry, Paul previously served as Chairman of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA). He is currently a Trustee of the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, one of “America’s Top 50 Hospitals” and is also on the Board of Directors of Tyme Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company using cellular metabolism and oxidative stress to develop cancer therapeutics with low toxicity profiles.

Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

Ted McCormick is a Chief Financial Officer at Nature's Bounty and is based in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Roland Foods LLC; Finance Director, Global SC Information Management at Unilever; and Finance Manager at Unilever Hpc Usa. Ted studied at Columbia Business School between 1994 and 1995, University of Vermont between 1986 and 1990, and Saint Mark's School.

Amy von Walter is The Nature’s Bounty Co.'s Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the Global Leadership Team. In this role, she oversees Human Resources as well as corporate communications, government affairs and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining The Nature's Bounty Co., Amy was Executive Vice President, Global Communications and Customer Satisfaction at Toys“R”Us. Before that, she held a number of senior communication leadership positions across a variety of industries, including Best Buy, during its turnaround, Medtronic, Target and the Department of Homeland Security.

Amy is a Board Director for Mohawk Group Holdings, a publicly traded CPG and technology company, and serves as the Compensation Committee Chair. She is also on the Board of Advisors for USC Annenberg's Center for Public Relations and is an at-large Board member for ACES, a nonprofit focused on eliminating the achievement gap for low-income children in Minnesota.

Jay Jones joined The Nature’s Bounty Co. as Chief Supply Chain Officer in January 2020. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global supply chain network. Prior to joining The Nature’s Bounty Co., Jay was Chief Operating Officer of Country Life LLC, a manufacturer of all-natural supplements and personal care products. Jay began his 30-year operations career at Johnson & Johnson and went on to hold a variety of senior supply chain roles with International Vitamin Company (IVC), Elizabeth Arden, Accupac and Warner Lambert. Jay holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and is the holder of two patents.

Bob Goode is a Chief Customer Officer at Nature's Bounty. He works or has worked at LVMH and works or has worked as Global VP:Customer Development at Johnson & Johnson.

Andre Branch is a Chief Marketing Officer at Nature's Bounty. He has experience at L'Oreal. Andre works or has worked at KRAFT FOODS GROUP, INC. and Diageo.

Andrea Simone is a Chief Information Officer at Nature's Bounty. She has experience at PROCTER & GAMBLE CO.
