Maintain accurate data and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems to support effective planning, forecasting, and reporting. People Management Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees within the clean-room environment. Review staffing requirements, conduct interviews, hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Assign and direct work, evaluate performance, reward and discipline employees, and resolve issues promptly and fairly in collaboration with HR. Foster a high-morale culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production areas and regularly assess performance against targets. Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring production issues and drive operational excellence. Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives. Ensure environmental, health, and safety practices are followed consistently across operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting Collaborate with departments including Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Quality, Facilities, IT, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Prepare regular production and planning reports that highlight performance against plan, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization metrics. Uphold and promote the Natus Neuro culture, embedding the North Star and Guiding Principles throughout daily operations. Qualifications and Requirements Education and Experience Level 8 qualification in Business, Management, Production, Engineering/Science, or a related discipline is an advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or management within a cleanroom environment (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device, or biotechnology). Strong knowledge of cleanroom classifications, contamination control, and regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, FDA). Proven experience in production planning, capacity management, and scheduling within an ERP/MRP environment. Skills and Competencies Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities. Effective communicator who can collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
