**The Senior Risk Analytics Manager will report to the Head of Credit Risk.**
**As the Senior Risk Analytics Manager, you will:**
+ Ensure credit policies are appropriately designed, implemented, and updated to manage risk in alignment with the company's risk appetite.
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal risk management frameworks, and corporate governance standards related to credit practices.
+ Partner with the Data Science team to develop and maintain loss forecasting models for the various lending portfolios generated by Earnest.
+ Incorporate macroeconomic conditions in the forecast and partner with strategy owners to apply quantitative and qualitative overlays as needed.
+ Independently validate models to ensure they are conceptually sound and perform as intended.
+ Maintain comprehensive model risk management policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory expectations.
+ Conduct monthly monitoring of loan performance for each of our loan products at vintage and portfolio levels.
+ Present results with insights on trends and drivers.
+ Communicate forecast results, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
+ Develop modeling and diligence materials to support the execution of business transactions and provide analysis results to management, investors, and external ratings agencies.
**About You:**
+ 7+ years of experience in developing or validating risk or loss forecasting statistical models, and credit analytics
+ 5+ years of experience in SQL and/or Python programming for data analysis and model development
+ Strong business acumen in lending products and sophisticated risk data analysis
+ In-depth understanding of model risk governance frameworks
+ A proven track record of delivering strong business results in a matrix environment through ownership, innovation, collaboration, and influence
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing the lending industry
+ Experience in Business Intelligence / Reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau

**The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager position will report to the Director of Performance Marketing.**
**As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will:**

About this Position
CSR ensures that each print job is produced efficiently and to customer's specification. Prepares a cost estimate for printing jobs by determining the most economical method of manufacture and considering production capacity of man and machine. Once print job is awarded, the CSR must produce job ticket including all information pertinent to all areas of production and distribution.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Serves both Sales Reps and Customers as primary contact and source of information on particular jobs.
CSR must obtain detailed specifications from client or salesperson in order to estimate a print job accurately. This requires extensive knowledge of the printing process and of our production capabilities. Once all specifications have been gathered the CSR must estimate the cost of each job including materials and labor using our estimating software. That estimate will then be presented to the salesperson or to the client directly.
Receive job from Customer or Sales Rep
Once a printing estimate has been approved, the CSR will compare information with estimate and discuss any differences with Customer or Sales Rep. CSR will then write up a job jacket placing it into production. CSR verifies availability of materials, coordinates outside services and vendors and finalizes scheduling with production management. Job knowledge and details are crucial to ensure accuracy and efficiency is achieved in all areas of production.
Tracks job through production and communicates any issues or changes to plant personnel, Customers and Sales Reps.
CSR must keep accurate records of all jobs and customer contacts so both company and customer are protected should questions arise later. Coordinate proof approvals and set up press checks if required. Any changes during production process must be priced, documented and communicated by CSR to client and production team.
Compare finished product with estimate
CSR will review and verify final costs to ensure accurate billing and release invoice to Accounts Receivable/Bookkeeping.
Delivery or shipping of product
CSR is responsible for coordinating with shipping department the means to which product will be arrive at destination.

* Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
* Follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on departments or company compliance.
* Follow up with customers on past due accounts receivable when necessary.

About this Position
The Senior Tax Accountant position requires the following: 1) A good understanding of income tax compliance processes sufficient to effectively and efficiently assist with the timely completion and filing of consolidated U.S. federal and state income tax returns and separate state income tax returns. 2) A good understanding of calculating taxable income and related income taxes to properly determine estimated payment remittances. 3) Willingness to further one's understanding of income tax provision principles and appropriate documentation. 4) Communication and organizational skills to effectively assist with internal and external communications. 5) Desire to be a valuable contributor and member of the corporate tax team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
U.S. federal and state income tax returns - Creating appropriate working papers, managing the input into the income tax return software, collaborating with teammates to ensure efficient and effective production of both federal and state income tax returns, and assist with any other efforts necessary to properly complete and timely file the returns.
Estimated payments, extensions and U.S. international forms - Working with teammates to properly calculate U.S. federal and state estimated payments and extension payments, process and remit payments timely, effectively manage cash payments schedule, and take responsibility for assisting with the proper preparation and completion of international tax forms.
Statutory and stand-alone U.S. GAAP provisions - Work with VP to learn proper preparation of statutory provisions, take initiative to study and learn statutory book and tax principles, assist with bridging statutory provisions into U.S. GAAP provisions, and assist with some stand-alone U.S. GAAP provisions.
Responding to and managing of federal or state inquiries, notices, and audits - Organize and manage master list of outstanding and closed inquires, notices and audits, collaborate with teammates to determine appropriate responses, draft responses and submit to teammates for review, gather documentation to adhere to any information requests, and assist with any other necessary task to help the organization effectively respond and manage federal or state tax matters.
Research and special projects - Utilize tax research tools to address specific tax matters, draft research memos, and support teammates with any other special tax-related projects.
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.
Provides training, guidance or mentoring to team members; no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Greets visitors and staff in a professional and polite manner
Monitor employee and visitor traffic to be alert to suspicious persons or situations
Advises supervisor of potential security problems
Receives complaints and/or information from employees and visitors and takes appropriate action
Checks visitor and employee identification badges in buildings where identification is required
Maintains and records appropriate information in the shift logbook.
Completes incident reports accurately and timely to include all pertinent information to assist Security Director
Assigned to security posts as designated by Security Director

Minimum 1-year experience as a Security Officer, Military or Law Enforcement is required

Good interpersonal skill to interact and communicate with employees and the public daily in a professional manner
Current certification and competency in CPR/AED and basic First Aid
