As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason oversees the Credit Union’s capital strategy, financial reporting, asset/liability management and profitability analysis. Jason earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Computer Information Systems, and his MBA from Bryant University.

Experienced Chief Information Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the banking/finance industry. Skilled in IT Strategy, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Core Conversions. Strong technologist and business partner with a Degree in Business Administration from Dean College.

In her role as Senior EVP/COO, Lisa provides leadership in the formulation and implementation of Navigant Credit Union’s policies and procedures. She oversees retail banking, information technology, marketing, and business development. Lisa has been with Navigant Credit Union since 1994 and has held many management positions in the areas of internal audit, electronic banking, information technology, retail banking, and operations. Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lisa is very active in the community. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Pawtucket Corps of the Salvation Army; Chair of Foundation Committee, Past President and Treasurer of the Smithfield RI Rotary Club; a member of the Advisory Council of the Little Sisters of the Poor, and a member of the 2015 Leadership RI Lambda II class. Lisa also serves as a member of the RI Commodores, an organization dedicated to the economic development efforts of our state.

Brian Azar is a Chief Lending Officer at NAVIGANT CREDIT UNION and is based in Rhode Island. He has worked as Regional Manager and Senior Vice President at Citizens, Region President at Santander Bank, and Business Banking at PEOPLE S UNITED FINANCIAL INC.. Brian attended Bryant University between 1981 and 1985.

David Decubellis is a SVP, Chief Lending Officer at NAVIGANT CREDIT UNION.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Chris is responsible for risk management, compliance, auditing, fraud management, and information security. Chris joined Navigant Credit Union in 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the RI Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he sits on the Business, Industry and Government Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and RI Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, Chris supports several local organizations including the Sandra Feinstein/Gamm Theatre, the Picture of Children’s Health, and the Miss Rhode Island-America Organization.

Kathy has 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. She has been at Navigant Credit Union since 2009, and is the Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer. Kathy leads the Credit Union’s product development efforts and oversees retail branch operations. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Kathy serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee and a Board Member of Connecting Children For Families, based in Woonsocket. She also serves as a Board Member for NEACH.
