During his tenure Vertafore grew into the leading provider of software, information services, and software-as-a-service solutions in its market. Prior to Vertafore he was an executive with Onyx Software, a leading customer relationship management firm, where he helped manage the company through multi-year, 100% annual growth. Bill is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Prior to Ancestry.com, spent 14+ years at Microsoft in a number of senior general management roles, including GM of Microsoft's MapPoint business unit and mapping technologies, and GM of Windows Mobile applications group. Launched multiple v1 products and services for Microsoft. Experienced in consumer software, business application software, mobile and web services. Group Product Manager for Microsoft Office95 and Office97. Jeff Groh brings over 8 years of software experience. He most recently served as CFO of Vertafore, a leading provider of software solutions to the insurance industry. During his tenure there, Jeff was responsible for raising over $2 billion dollars in equity and debt financing and was a key member of the team that ultimately sold Vertafore to new investors for $1.5 billion. Earlier in his career he served as CFO for Harland Financial Solutions, a supplier of software solutions to financial institutions, and also previously held executive positions at General Electric, Bank One and BISYS, Inc. Jeff is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
