Team enviroment, remote position, pay level at the time I was there. PTO, job requirements, connecting with the patients/members

Cons of working at naviHealth

extremely micro managed, manager often looks away when there are problems as to not upset the apple cart or at risk of loss of a contracted hospital. Unfair ro no recognition for work preformed
