The workers work together to get the job done right.

Cons of working at Navistar

Management never takes the advice from the workers. They change things and expect things to go smoothly. They don't.

Pension and insurance after retirement. New workers do not get this.

Great people and facilities. The IT department is highly talented. The company pivoted seamlessly to work from home for Covid and has been very supportive to all its employees.

The people were great, comprehensive benefits, also had many opportunities within my own team to take leadership roles on projects.

Sometimes there were little to no raises, the only way people could get a pay increase was via promotion or simply leaving the company.

I like that I can contribute to the largest company and job supporter for my hometown of Springfield Ohio.
