The workers work together to get the job done right.

Cons of working at Navistar

Management never takes the advice from the workers. They change things and expect things to go smoothly. They don't.

Pension and insurance after retirement. New workers do not get this.

Pros of working at Navistar

The people were great, comprehensive benefits, also had many opportunities within my own team to take leadership roles on projects.

Cons of working at Navistar

Sometimes there were little to no raises, the only way people could get a pay increase was via promotion or simply leaving the company.

I like that I can contribute to the largest company and job supporter for my hometown of Springfield Ohio.

It is very hard to communicate issues and problems with management and supervisors who do not understand your job.
