The Operations Leadership Development Program will lead a team of up to 20 associates in support of warehouse operations. They will be responsible for coaching associates to achieve maximum quality and productivity by providing consistent feedback and guidance. In support of our expanding distribution network, SET has openings for our newly created Leadership Development Program. The intent of this program is to accelerate the professional development of recent graduates through rotational assignments that provide exposure to multiple facets of the operation. Participants in the program will start with a one-year leadership rotation within distribution operations.
After successfully completing this initial rotation, participants will have three, four-month work rotations that will provide for additional business acumen development. In conjunction with the rotational assignments, participants will also be provided with personal development opportunities in specific areas of leadership including emotional intelligence, JM Family culture, and coaching.

Development Intern
As a Development Intern, you will report to the development analyst team. Your role will primarily consist of compiling, analyzing, and reporting data for student housing, build-to-rent, and/or multifamily development opportunities. Reports to: Development Analysts
Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Development Intern's responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed:
· Research market conditions and report/present quantitative data on rental rates, occupancy, pre-lease, demographics, supply, demand, and other market indicators in target markets.
· Assist in underwriting pro forma financial models for potential development opportunities. This includes but is not limited to general Excel modeling and conducting research on market rents, property taxes, and government fees.
· Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other presentations for equity and debt capital raising.
· Assist with the preparation of offers for land purchases and ground leases.
· Perform general research and financial analysis for deals in various stages of the development life cycle.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant major (Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, etc.) with an excellent academic record and demonstrated interest in real estate.
