The Business Analyst, Call Center is responsible for analyzing call center performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role will be an expert in call center platforms and responsible for leveraging its capabilities to drive business insights, manage data, and optimize call center operations. This role will involve generating critical reporting, managing outbound calling projects, ensuring data integrity, and staying ahead of platform updates to maintain peak performance and compliance.

Essential Background Requirements:

Pay Range:
The starting base pay for this position in the San Francisco Bay area is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Summary
Uses statistical analysis and other data analysis methods to work with leadership team to support internal and external clients. Assists with implementations by extracting, analyzing and reconciling MedImpact's data to previous vendor's data, and researches any discrepancies identified. Summary

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team! The Senior Analyst will have previous experience with HR/MS instrumentation in a production, laboratory setting. The Senior Analyst prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to scientific and EPA methodology in compliance with Eurofins' Quality Assurance programs and SOP's.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining instrumentation; tuning and calibrating instrument daily; analyzing quality control and client samples; reviewing and assembling data in an efficient manner with a high degree of quality; evaluating current organizational and analytical systems; diagnosing complex problems and offering solutions with a high degree of independence; suggesting and implementing improvements to maximize quality and productivity; acting as technical resource for internal problems and projects; assisting in “brainstorming” client problems and projects; training new employees in all aspects of instrumentation; researching new and emerging technologies.

Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team! The Senior Analyst will have previous experience with HR/MS instrumentation in a production, laboratory setting. The Senior Analyst prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to scientific and EPA methodology in compliance with Eurofins' Quality Assurance programs and SOP's.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for BNL Project Management systems architecture and applications for the Laboratory's Earned Value Management System. These systems include (but are not limited to): Oracle Primavera P6, Deltek Cobra, Deltek Acumen, Safran Risk, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and several in-house applications for estimation, reporting, resource analysis etc.
* Coordinate with PMC management, DOE, external vendors and BNL IT point of contacts, to maintain and upgrade the BNL Project Management System and all components associated with the system to align with project/program/portfolio requirements.
* Information systems related tasks include web and VBA tools development, enhancements, and system administration, in addition to creating scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions to meet the PMC's technological needs to enhance BNL project management processes.
* Shares responsibility for ensuring the systems implemented support the BSA's certified Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated EVM Procedures to maintain BNL's project management certification.
* Develops and implements policies and procedures related to the PMC systems to ensure support and meet the needs of programmatic end users. Defines systems requirements based on user requirements, cost implications, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.
* Defines technical standards and functionality tests of all commercial and in-house tools.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
Support the creation and delivery of the department roadmap by contributing data and coordinating with stakeholders
Maintain and update implementation processes for assigned lines of business
Create and maintain implementation tools and training materials as directed
Recommend areas for automation and support implementation of efficiency improvements
Generate and maintain reports for leadership review
Deliver training sessions and update materials as needed
Report team metrics including but not limited to the following - Performance Guarantee, weekly client status report, Pre and Post Go Live Client Status report, Post Go Live issue resolution Management
Maintain understanding of systems to support business objectives
Support resolution of business and technical issues, documenting potential root causes and preventative actions

Qualifications

Position Summary:
Sr. Analyst, IT Support is responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of the IT department, managing technical teams (internal / external resources) as needed, implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to protect company data and ensuring the organization's technology infrastructure runs smoothly. This job is 100% on-site at corporate office located in Chicago.
The pay range for this position is $74,000 to $99,000. Payrate is determined by considering a person's prior experience and competence.
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
