The Vendor Procurement Principal is a senior-level role responsible for driving complex vendor negotiation and acquisition that align with enterprise strategy transformation objectives. This position ensures that procurement activities support modernization initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency under the Strategic Transformation Officer (STO). This role promotes critical advisory and sourcing to ensure support for business initiatives ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
This role collaborates with existing organizational vendor-related roles and external consultants to champion and ensure vendor expectations are met or exceeded. This role will consult with and support stakeholders to ensure that vendors and their products promote sustainable technology modernization that adheres to regulatory obligations, accelerates enterprise transformation, ensures business alignment and supports the organization's multi-year growth strategy.
The Vendor Procurement Principal is accountable for initiating the lifecycle of this strategic value stream including governance, intake, prioritization, capacity alignment, budget stewardship, risk/issue controls, vendor selection, change management and transparent reporting to ensure decision clarity, market readiness, investment accountability, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
• Embed procurement strategies within the five-year roadmap, ensuring vendor partnerships accelerate technology modernization, margin improvement, and operational scalability.
• Support initiatives tied to the Board-approved plan, including investments in enterprise platforms and services that deliver a tech-enabled, human-centered experience.
• Lead end-to-end vendor acquisition processes, including RFP development, ROI analysis, and negotiation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure vendor solutions align with transformation goals and regulatory obligations.
• Draft and review statements of work and service-level agreements (SLAs) tailored to business needs.
• In collaboration with business owners, establish and enforce SLAs and performance guarantees within vendor contracts to ensure measurable service delivery standards, including defining KPIs, monitoring compliance, and driving corrective actions when commitments are not met.
• Develop and issue RFIs to applicable vendors and coordinate applicable demos, proofs of concept and implementation needs for efficient and effective product selection and manageable cost structure.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Vendor Risk teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to contract requirements, vendor policies and business Associate and First Tier, Downstream and Related Entity (FDR) criteria.
• Maintain procurement documentation and provide transparent reporting on vendor performance, financial impact, and risk controls.
• Support governance processes for prioritization, capacity alignment, and budget stewardship.
• Align with vendor business owners to install vendor performance oversight and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for contract consolidation and renegotiation to optimize cost and service delivery.
• Support and recommend KPIs for transformation success (e.g., cost efficiency, speed-to-market).and recommend objectives and key results for stakeholders.
• Analyze data to pinpoint issues, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
Essential Background Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, or other directly applicable field or equivalent education/experience. Procurement certification, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
o 8+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, contract management, and strategic sourcing preferably within a regulated industry.
o Strong knowledge of contract requirements, SLA development, and risk management frameworks.
o Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
o Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
o Proven experience with services and products using artificial intelligence and progressive technologies

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
Data flow between Navitus Rebates team and other internal stakeholders like finance, analytics, sales and account management
Account Reconciliation file receipt, analysis and furnishing the necessary data so finance can invoice clients
Prospective Reporting - This includes forecasting/projecting rates based on existing data, making assumptions and documenting such assumptions/caveats in calculating forecasted rates using existing data. Creating a potential bid grid based on known data components, again making and documenting assumptions. Constantly comparing actuals vs. forecasted to finetune assumptions. Forecasting guarantees based on rates, utilization and other factors like inflation
Retrospective Reporting - Ensure all client reports are generated timely and accurately. Analyzing the data to ensure clients are receiving maximum rebates. If there are gaps, identify the reasons for those gaps and work with GPO to correct those
Rebate Optimization - Analyze client formulary against best formulary placement with pharma/GPO to then supply the data/information that would be needed by our contractors to have meaningful conversations with pharma/GPO and our clients in order to maximize client rebates while still maintaining our lowest net cost philosophy
Operationalize the service working closely with other operational areas like formulary and Claim adjudication to ensure accuracy of the set- up
Tracking performance of vendors against guarantees, tracking the dispute resolution process and creating dashboards that capture current state in a comprehensive manner
For each of the processes that are required to ensure we deliver the lowest net cost to our clients, the Director shall ensure there is good documentation around Workflows, Policies and Procedures, Detailed Work Instructions
Build appropriate metrics for the department. This includes operational metrics like activity metrics, outcome-oriented metrics etc
Work with other internal stakeholders like analytics, client financial/sales support teams to ensure a robust methodology is deployed when forecasting/predicting based on current data. Document the methodology and clearly note the assumptions/caveats around risk, knowns and unknowns

Summary
The Vice President, Clinical Data & Analytics is an enterprise leader responsible for defining and executing MedImpact's clinical analytics vision: Proactive, Individualized, Whole-Person, and Sustainable/Scalable Care. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role leads the strategy, infrastructure, and delivery of advanced analytics that power MedImpact's clinical programs, client reporting, and enterprise differentiation.
The Vice President will drive analytic insights that improve PMPM performance, reduce total cost of care, elevate HEDIS and CAHPS measures, and articulate MedImpact's clinical value proposition in client partnerships and RFPs. This role is foundational to enabling evidence-based, data-driven decisions across the enterprise, integrating PBM, specialty pharmacy, and medical data to achieve measurable clinical and financial impact.

Clinical Analytics Strategy & Value Creation
Lead development of an enterprise clinical analytics roadmap that unifies PBM, pharmacy, and medical data assets into a cohesive intelligence platform.\
Design and implement analytics frameworks that directly measure and improve PMPM savings, total cost of care, and member health outcomes.
Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and executive leadership to quantify and communicate MedImpact's value to clients through advanced outcomes reporting and HEOR analyses.
Build predictive and prescriptive models to identify high-value interventions, optimize medication use, and support population health management.
Use data-driven insights to shape clinical program innovation, targeting key quality levers including HEDIS, Star Ratings, and CAHPS performance.
Client & Market Differentiation
Develop robust, client-facing reporting and analytics packages that articulate MedImpact's clinical and economic impact.
Provide sales and marketing teams with data narratives and dashboards that strengthen the clinical sales proposition and enhance RFP competitiveness.
Represent Clinical Data & Analytics in client engagements, showcasing MedImpact's ability to deliver measurable outcomes and financial value.
Leverage benchmarking and comparative analytics to position MedImpact as a top-performing, outcomes-driven PBM partner.
Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Lead all HEOR initiatives within the Clinical Division, demonstrating the value of MedImpact programs in improving adherence, reducing utilization, and optimizing total cost of care.
Develop and publish outcomes studies that support client retention and industry thought leadership.
Partner with Product and Innovation teams to incorporate HEOR findings into program design and ROI measurement.
Data Integration & Enterprise Enablement
Create a unified, scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and clinical decision intelligence across the MedImpact enterprise.
Champion data interoperability, governance, and automation to improve analytic efficiency and reliability.
Integrate data sources across MedImpact, Birdi, and Aspen Health to enable a whole-person, enterprise-level understanding of clinical impact.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing analytics team that blends expertise in clinical informatics, biostatistics, data science, and visualization.
Foster collaboration across Clinical Operations, Product, and Sales to ensure analytics are actionable, strategic, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

How do I make an impact on my team?
In collaboration with the EPMO process manager, mature the EPMO's project intake and prioritization process to ensure timely and consistent data gathering that enables senior leaders to clearly understand value of the proposed initiative and therefore rank initiative priority.
Facilitate portfolio review and prioritization meetings to include health and opportunities to ensure the greatest value is being realized and garner support for initiatives when required.
Ensure decisions of the portfolio review committee are implemented effectively to ensure timely adjustments to the portfolio and appropriate communication of changes.
Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for capital projects in collaboration with EPMO financials program manager and Finance.
Ensure financial transparency and accountability across the project portfolio and its stakeholders to ensure awareness of project costs and overall capital budget health.
Own and guide the configuration, administration, and optimization of the project portfolio management tool (e.g., PPM Pro, Smartsheet) in collaboration with the EPMO admin, IT and system vendors. Ensure the tool creates consistency, transparency, and easily consumable project and program data. Ensure portfolio data accuracy, completeness, and usability for reporting and strategic analysis to allow for decision making and early risk mitigation.
Ensure testing and change management strategies for EPMO initiatives and capital projects are accounted for in each project and utilize accepted frameworks and best practices.
In collaboration with other EPMO leaders, lead adoption of new processes, tools, and governance practices that reduce project administration while improving transparency and clarity.
Work with staffing vendors to ensure strong partnerships and clarity of needs and expectations.
Ensure onboarding for all key roles within the EPMO is consistent, effective, and sets new staff up for success.

The Senior Director of Treasury is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise treasury strategy, inclusive of all company entities.
