ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Maintains excellence in delivering member service and exceeding the credit union and department service standards; greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions.
* Provides account services to members by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and member balances, records night, and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, and money orders.
* Verifies amounts, examines share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and ensures accuracy when entering deposits into computer records.
* Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals; Redemption of savings bonds. Accept check copy request and check order request from members.
* Process all member requests, i.e., wire transfers, address changes, stop payment, or cash advances.
* Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by tellers.
* Promote credit union services such as electronic services, debit and credit cards, money orders and safe deposit boxes.
* Cross-sells credit union products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining member's needs; directing members to a branch representative.
* Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compare totaled amounts to computer generated balance sheet. Research and resolve discrepancies. Report any discrepancy to the supervisor, as necessary.
* Scan daily work and perform such other teller functions that might be needed from time to time and assist others to complete tasks and work assignments.
* Ensure that teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, brochures, etc.
* Serve in a dual control role when needed.
* Maintain accurate data entry in regard to member records, maintenance, and transactions; have the ability to find and correct errors.
* Adherence to security, internal control procedures, policies, mandatory training, compliance, product, and credit union training.
* Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies, procedures, and rules and regulations, including robbery procedures.
* Demonstrates an understanding of and follow the requirements of all regulation compliance including but not limited to those Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AntiMoney Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Member Due Diligence (MDD) as it specifically relates to their job functions.

Qualifications

Description:
The Regional Senior Credit Administrator (RSCA) oversees the credit quality of the loan portfolio of a specific assigned region. The RSCA works with the Regional President and lending personnel of the region to screen new loan applicants, approve loans, monitor current credits on the books for credit quality and tickler to ensure loans are accurately rated and financial/covenant and other tickler requirements are collected and in compliance with the loan requirements. Responsibilities:
Screen potential loan requests through the pre-flight process. This entails working with the Bankers to arrive at the correct loan structure for the borrower and assist with the analysis of the borrower if needed.

Review loan requests and decision the loan.
Conduct Commercial Rolling Loan Review with the Commercial and Business Bankers to review past due credits, coming due credits, pipeline of loan requests, annual reviews, review the collection of financial and covenant requirements to ensure the borrower is in compliance with loan requirements, and other items as needed.
Recommend accurate risk codes for credits.
Conduct training with PMs and lending personnel of the bank as needed.
Participate in committees or workstreams as needed to represent the credit function.

Maintain working knowledge of legal requirements for properly documenting complex loans, perfecting security interests, and obtaining necessary documentation showing corporate customer's proper authorization for entering binding loan contracts.

Participate in departmental or company-wide projects. Seek and propose process improvements.
Provide technical advice and assistance to Commercial Bankers and customers.
Assist as a lead in the review of work, training, and development of more junior Portfolio Managers.
Attend joint calls with the Commercial Banker to gather more information about the business.
Remain educated and informed about industry trends, community developments, market conditions and regulatory requirements and understand their effect on the company's lending criteria.

Education / Experience Preferred:

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Secondary Marketing Manager at our Plano, TX location.
The primary function of the Secondary Marketing/Product Manager is to administer all retail secondary market duties, mortgage system and lock desk administration, timely reporting routines, mortgage product development, project management and secondary marketing initiatives. This includes development and implementation of daily pricing of all mortgage products, pipeline management, interest rate risk management and best execution, hedging and executing trades, extensions and pair-offs, and loan delivery. Acts as a primary liaison to investors and maintains a favorable relationship. This position is a working manager position who supervises a team within the Secondary Marketing department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the Secondary Marketing aspects of the Lock Desk Functions:
Manage daily pricing of mortgage products to corporate goals
Supervise and administer the programming and accuracy of pricing and loan program eligibility within the Product Pricing Engine (PPE) - Optimal Blue
Ensure Daily Rates are provided timely and accurately while working with hedging partner - Mortgage Capital Trading (MCT)
Ensure accurate and meticulous data input of lock information into our LOS (Encompass) database including trade and pricing information related to sales of mortgage loans and pools.
Monitor Lock Desk communications and activities. Ensure that all inquiries, PEs, profile changes, etc. have been reviewed within SLA.
Manage the Lock Desk including answering any escalations or questions from staff, brokers, or correspondents, lock loans, process lock extensions, process any changes that occur within the loan, all in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department as established for the division's annual plan; assists in the development of the annual budget for the department and division and adheres to budget parameters.
- Pipeline Management:
Monitor and maintain overall mortgage lock pipeline; researching and completing relocks, lock revisions and lock extension requests in a timely and professional manner. Document changes consistent with Bank policy, standard, procedure and work instruction requirements.
Manage the profitability, margin management, pipeline hedging and daily rate schemata to ensure targeted positions and premier profitability
Reconcile new lock report, audit the previous day's commitments for errors, review problem loans for pricing or model errors, update pricing model for best execution runs, process, and confirm mandatory trade assignments/MBS trades
Monitor interest rate risk exposure and execute trades, including delivery commitments and pair-offs through daily position balancing and reporting while monitoring market risk and changes daily
Assist in the pricing of loans to find the best execution/profit for the Bank.
Enforce the Secondary Marketing and Rate Lock policies and procedures, and work closely with internal partners (MLOs, Mortgage Sales Leadership, Mortgage Operations Leadership, Finance and Accounting) and external partners (Correspondents, Brokers, and Secondary Market counterparties); as well as monitor and track exceptions.
- Reviews overall volume by investor/product and performs competitive analysis to recommend and update margin and product changes.

Part Time Teller

Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with the highest of accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records. Provide cash receipt, account, and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Cross-sell and promote credit union products and services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Maintains excellence in delivering member service and exceeding the credit union and department service standards; greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions.
* Provides account services to members by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and member balances, records night, and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, and money orders.
* Verifies amounts, examines share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and ensures accuracy when entering deposits into computer records.
* Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals; Redemption of savings bonds. Accept check copy request and check order request from members.
* Process all member requests, i.e., wire transfers, address changes, stop payment, or cash advances.
* Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by tellers.
* Promote credit union services such as electronic services, debit and credit cards, money orders and safe deposit boxes.
* Cross-sells credit union products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining member's needs; directing members to a branch representative.
* Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compare totaled amounts to computer generated balance sheet. Research and resolve discrepancies. Report any discrepancy to the supervisor, as necessary.
* Scan daily work and perform such other teller functions that might be needed from time to time and assist others to complete tasks and work assignments.
* Ensure that teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, brochures, etc.
* Serve in a dual control role when needed.
* Maintain accurate data entry in regard to member records, maintenance, and transactions; have the ability to find and correct errors.
* Adherence to security, internal control procedures, policies, mandatory training, compliance, product, and credit union training.
* Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies, procedures, and rules and regulations, including robbery procedures.
* Demonstrates an understanding of and follow the requirements of all regulation compliance including but not limited to those Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AntiMoney Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Member Due Diligence (MDD) as it specifically relates to their job functions.
* Responsible for completing BSA/AML compliance training annually.
* All other duties as assigned.

Supervise Approximately: None
Reports To: Branch Manager or Teller Manager where applicable.
Contacts: Frequent contact face to face or by telephone with members and some contact with other departments.
Requirements
EDUCATION
* High school Diploma/GED is required.
EXPERIENCE
* Requires communication, mathematical and general business knowledge or equivalent to satisfactorily perform the job duties.
* Six (6) months of cash handling or cross-selling experience is preferred.
* Most important to this position are accuracy, speed, customer relations, judgment, reliability, and ability to engage in relationship building, a highly positive, service orientated attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Position involves wrist/hand manipulation; restriction to workstation for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, stoop and reach overhead.
* Vision abilities required by this job include close vision for frequent viewing of computer monitor and review of documents.
* May required to stand for extended periods of time.
* Communication abilities required by this job includes clarity in speech and hearing for effective staff/member interaction.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team.
* Must have a strong ability to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions.
* Must have a strong ability to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
* Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
* Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and or fast pace.
* Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities.
* Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.

* Calculator, copy machine, currency counter, cash dispenser, cash advance terminal, ITM/ATM and personal computer with windows environment.
