Navy Federal Credit Union CEO and leadership

Mary McDuffie is the president and CEO of Navy Federal Credit Union. She has been an executive leader within the organization for nearly two decades, including serving as chief operating officer before being named president and CEO in January 2019.

Mary was instrumental in the development of Navy Federal’s government shutdown program, covering the direct deposit for eligible members in the event of a government shutdown. In her role as executive vice president of Delivery Channels at Navy Federal (2008-2018), Mary oversaw the launch of the credit union’s first mobile banking app and has since led a ‘digital first’ mentality. Prior to that, Mary was Navy Federal’s executive vice president of Lending, where she led the introduction of risk-based pricing to the credit union’s credit card, mortgage and equity and consumer lending departments.

Prior to joining Navy Federal, Mary worked with a wide range of organizations, including the United States Marine Corps, IBM, Kodak, Unilever, and Freddie Mac.

Mary holds a B.A. from Wellesley College.

Tony Gallardy is an EVP/Chief Information Officer at Navy Federal Credit Union and is based in Vienna, Virginia. He has worked as Senior VP, Consumer & Credit Card Lending at Navy Federal Credit Union and Vice President, Global Network Services at Navy Federal Credit Union.

Benjamin Eicher is an Ass. Manager Program & Channel Management CCO Programs & Business Optimizations at Navy Federal Credit Union and is based in Pensacola, Florida. He has worked as Project Management at Caterpillar, Quality Assurance Management at Gienanth GmbH, and VP of Information Technology at Adcomm. Benjamin attended IHK Akademie Schwaben Weiterbildung GmbH and IHK Stuttgart.

Brandy Emmons is a MSR II - CCO/MLO at Navy Federal Credit Union and is based in Crestview, Florida. She has worked as Receptionist at Fantastic Sams Franchise Corp, Loan Operations Manager at Peoples National Bank, and Bank Teller at Coastal Bank and Trust (Synovus Financial). Brandy studied at Tate High School between 1991 and 1995.

Brenna Hott is a CCO/MLO/MSR IV at Navy Federal Credit Union and Resolution Specialist at Navy Federal Credit Union and is based in Winchester, Virginia. She has worked as Administrative and Logistics Assistant at Pro Audio Accessories, Manager at Milano’s Ristorante and Bar, and Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. Brenna attended Potomac State College between 2003 and 2005, Hampshire High School between 1999 and 2003, and Shepherd University between 2006 and 2014.

David is a student UNIVERSITY OF WEST FLORIDA graduating in 2022 and is based in Pensacola, Florida. He is a Member Service Representative II- CCO Credit Card Services at Navy Federal Credit Union. David has worked as Medical Office Secretary- Urgent Care at Ascension Health; Patient Financial Representative II- Adult/Pediatric Emergency Room/ Trauma at Baptist Health South Florida; and Cashier, Recovery, Loss Prevention, Inventory, Cart Attendant, Tire Bay installer at BJ'S WHOLESALE CLUB HOLDINGS, INC.. He studied at FELIX VARELA SENIOR HIGH SCHL. between 2005 and 2009 and Miami Dade College between 2010 and 2013.
