Navy Federal Credit Union at the Greater Pensacola Campus is a great environment. The Leadership is supportive and want to see you grow. The continued learning keeps you up to date with the latest standards and expectations. I have never worked for a company who thrives on helping your fellow co-workers. Our Mission is Our member are our Mission but it also extends to the employees for each other.

Once in a position, it is difficult to move up or laterally unless you get in and a time when changes are happening. Otherwise, you will be there for years.

I like the hours. (M-F from 8:30 to 5 pm) I also love the end of year bonus.

There is no room for growth and I feel like I am stuck.

They pay for 30 mins of our lunch and we get a big end of the year bonus. They also absorb growing health care costs.
