The fast paced environment allowing me to always be on my feet and utilize my critical thinking and quick decision making to improve the production or maintenance environment allowing the team to succeed together.
The yearly evaluation process I did not completely agree with on how it was conducted and how alot of performance based evaluations have sort of taken a turn from its original intentions.
steady pay check that I could always count on and the medical benefits you just couldnt get anywhere else. Also to add to that it was pretty nice getting to travel every year and having the vacation time off that I typically would have.
Structure, travel, integrity, respect, loyalty, like a family away from home.
Sitting in the desert
All the additional pay for traveling away from home, tax free in the Gulf, Hazardous Duty pay, etc.
I have received the opportunity to travel across the country and I live in another country.
Going on deployments and living on a boat isn’t what I would call an ideal way of living.
I enjoy the medical, dental, and school benefits. I can continue working on my degree on my own time.
