Pros of working at Navy League of the United States

The fast paced environment allowing me to always be on my feet and utilize my critical thinking and quick decision making to improve the production or maintenance environment allowing the team to succeed together.

Cons of working at Navy League of the United States

The yearly evaluation process I did not completely agree with on how it was conducted and how alot of performance based evaluations have sort of taken a turn from its original intentions.

steady pay check that I could always count on and the medical benefits you just couldnt get anywhere else. Also to add to that it was pretty nice getting to travel every year and having the vacation time off that I typically would have.
