Dave joined Nazdar in August 2017. Dave oversees all of Distribution and Manufacturing at Nazdar. Prior to joining Nazdar, Dave worked for GSI, a sister company, as their VP of Finance, Controller and eventually their President before the company was sold. Dave earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) from the University of Texas in Austin, TX and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Anissa began her career with Nazdar in January 1999. Anissa is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the human resources functions for 500+ employees. Her HR professional experience began in 1993. Anissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR).

In 2014, Anissa was recognized as one of the 25 "Women who Mean Business" by the Kansas City Business Journal.

Chris joined Nazdar in 1982, and prior to that time he was the principal owner of a computer consulting company based in Chicago. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Leicester University, UK and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Technology, UK.

For the past 15+ years, as a Senior Executive in the global B2B Industrial markets, I have gained invaluable experience in cross functional collaboration as well as building and leading teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

A few of the achievements I have accomplished include:

★ Generated 5% organic growth from 2017 to 2019 while successfully achieving a 10% reduction in overall costs at Hempel A/S.

★ Realized 25% total revenue growth, doubled profitability and spearheaded a manufacturing footprint rationalization by closing two manufacturing sites as the Director - Coil Coatings Europe at AkzoNobel.

★ Achieved €2M+ in year-over-year profitability by establishing a project team to drive substantial improvements in product lines as the Global Product Manager - Paper Chemicals at AkzoNobel Pulp and Paper Chemicals.

★ Extensive global and multi-cultural experience, completing two 4-year assignments based in Europe.

Mike joined the company in 2015. Prior to Nazdar, Mike was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Toshiba's printing division in the United States & Latin America. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in audit and IT consulting. Mike graduated with honors from the University of Missouri's Master of Accountancy program and is a Certified Public Accountant.
