Overview:
The Senior FinancialAnalyst of Global TVD FP&A is responsible for the rollup and analysis of consolidated Global Television Distribution financials, as well as assisting with developing budgets for Global TVD cash & overhead. NPR Remote-Permitted: This is a remote-permitted role. This role is based out of our Washington, D.C. office, but the employee may choose to work on a remote basis from a location that NPR approves. Compensation
Salary Range: The U.S. based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $99,382.72 - $110,772.79 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.

Job Description
The Universal Pictures International finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI SMT. It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and JV's. The team will partner closely with other HQ functions, all UPI operating companies and corporate groups based in London and Amsterdam. Job Description
This Senior FinancialAnalyst is a key member of the Pricing & Revenue Management department and performs detailed financial analyses of attendance trends and forecasts to make strategic recommendations for ticket pricing and product offerings. By providing high-quality insights, this Senior FinancialAnalyst supports both the short-term and long-term financial success for Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Horror Unleashed.
Analyze sales and attendance trends by origin, sales channel and product mix. Use this along with macro-economic variables, business intelligence and other inputs to action frequent admission price changes that drive incremental revenue lift. Understand and provide feedback on models and tools to help in continuous improvement. This requires maintaining advanced Excel models and translating data into actionable insights.
Developing innovative pricing initiatives (e.g. volume-tiered, variable pricing) and evaluating their success (e.g. sensitivity, break-even, volume analysis) to drive revenue and margin growth. This includes analyzing the financial feasibility of proposed promotional offers and present clear business cases to executive leadership.
Conduct postmortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness and profitability of pricing initiatives and promotional offers. Make recommendations for adjustments to strategies.
Partner in development and deployment of tests to identify pricing strategies which maximize profitability. Leverage these results along with other analytics in pricing recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales, Finance, Global Pricing & Analytics and other partners across the organization to gather and provide feedback on how pricing decisions will impact the business and to execute key business initiatives.

Qualifications

+ Build, maintain, and analyze cash forecasting models, tracking by-title production spend and receipts across 40+ active and upcoming film projects
+ Develop and retain subject matter expertise in key areas of production finance that impact forecasting, including domestic and international tax incentive programs, production-specific nuances, and contractual factors
+ Identify key drivers impacting financial performance and analyze potential risks & opportunities
+ Prepare presentations for senior management highlighting production cost performance against budgets and in-year cash position by film, as well as CFO Op Reviews and Leadership Business Updates
+ Assist with annual budget deliverables, detailed historical data analysis, industry research, and support for strategic slate assumptions
+ Own recurring reporting duties for production cash
+ Manage core music publishing finance responsibilities and ad hoc analyses

+ Support all Production Finance teams with FP&A submissions and closing duties, including cash and P&L pacing, corporate consolidation, weekly forecast reporting, and variance analyses

Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree required
