The Marketing Promo Producer Trainee Program is a 12-18 month accelerated program to train early career Marketing Promo Producers in our local NBC San Diego station. Job Description The Marketing Promo Producer Trainee Program is a 12-18 month accelerated program to train early career Marketing Promo Producers in our local NBC San Diego station. The Marketing Promo Producer Trainee is assigned a mentor who is an experienced staff member. Marketing Promo Producer Trainees also undergo an intense week-long orientation filled with workshops, lunches with guest speakers and leaders, and formal training.
