Responsible for leading the day-to-day process of digital production and social media associated with Universal Kids Resort (UKR) website and multiple digital platforms (B2C, B2B and International web sites, apps, mobile web). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Reviews, assigns and oversees daily website production efforts performed by the web content production team. Oversees third-party content production resources as needed.
+ Supports the development of content strategy and social media capabilities for all social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter that drive ticket sales, hotel occupancy, new brand recognition and fan retention. Leverages UDX teams to create symphony moments for digital production with Universal Kids, NBCUniversal and other UDX initiatives.
