Responsible for the management of the contract planning and execution of 3rd party vendors under routine Master Services Agreements (MSA). Oversees a team of multi-trade Planners and Technicians that will work as direct liaison with the vendors. Ensures all vendors meet the requirements set forth within Universal Destinations and Experiences' (UDX) standards, local codes and regulations, industry standards for care, and contract documents. Manages all documentation related to labor/parts procurement, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of 3rd party vendors for all scopes of work covered by the MSA across Universal Orlando Resort. Coordinate work schedule with the area/trade manager to accommodate both vendor and venue availability and assure all tooling and parts are available for project completion. Works closely with the facilities and utilities management team in planning projects providing a detailed scope of work, written procedures, estimated time, materials, resources needed for all work related to the MSA scope. Coordinate with all internal UDX teams to support the MSA overall objectives.
+ Coaches and counsels all utility trade technicians. Develops, reviews, and delivers employee performance evaluations as well as personnel development plans.
+ Supervises routine utilities maintenance, PM schedules, and operations. Ensures all emergency work and repairs are being performed. Ensures safety related items are completed as soon as possible. Coordinates activities with other Utilities Supervisors.
+ Assists and coordinates, as requested through work orders, with ride & show and facility maintenance on all utilities / M.E.P. issues to ensure ride / venue readiness, reliability and maximum operational availability.
+ Function as the Facilities and Utilities Duty Supervisor as required. Requires working all shifts and days of the week.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Timekeeping Manager is responsible for managing UDX's day-to-day time and attendance processes and staff.
UDX's Time & Attendance Operations consist of staff responsible for the administration of the timekeeping system, which includes configuration and customization to support wage and hour rules including the application of minimum wage and FLSA adjustments and the application of internal pay practices. The team is responsible for the ingestion of data into the time & attendance systems, auditing, working with leaders and managers to process adjustments, and performing tasks and calculations that lead to the transfer a payroll file that will result in a net payroll. Work closely with UKG IT to ensure the system is performing as expected and tickets are resolved timely.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with payroll leadership, Payroll Operations Teams, Compensation, HR, HRC, AskHR Services, and Business units on all time & attendance payroll matters
* Manage payroll policies related to time tracking and earnings reported through the time and attendance system
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of hours and earnings for all employees
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws, as well as company policies
* Manage accurate payroll records are retained in accordance with retention policies
* Manage local payroll teams in day-to-day time & attendance operations, providing work direction, counseling, coaching, and training
* Manages the processing of on and off cycle payroll exports on a weekly basis
* Ensure team and employee inquiries are addressed timely and accurately and escalate issues as necessary
* Support the business during seasonal events such as Halloween Horror Nights and New Years Eve, and during any exceptional events (e.g., park closure pay)
* Provide time & attendance system configuration and wage & hour subject matter expertise.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
* 7+ years leading/supervising a Payroll Operations and/or Time Team with a large employee population
