Decent pay. Some senior leaders used to be good until they left.
Terrible environment. They’ve been letting go of most people. The business seems like it’s failing even though leaders try to convince you that they’re doing better than before, not what it seems with production
Not much
The senior people never comes on the floor. Sit in offices and do nothing

Seems pretty diverse but it’s in the bad part of philly so kind of expected

They value the well-being of their employees beyond satisfactory, and not only do the individual operator's assist the workers on the production line to ensure that the quality of the Window's being produced are beyond satisfactory. The support you receive from the supervising floor team is so frontal that it's almost impossible to fall in error. Everyone helps each other at Northeast Builder's.
If you don't ask for help, you won't succeed

By assisting others underskilled to be better than me through the skill's obtained from those who taught me, Jermaine1st-shft, Audrey, Todd, Steve-2nd shft, to ask for help if you don't know how to do something.
By letting the staff know that I am not here to do any one else's job I am here to do my job.
