Pay Range: $63,925.00 - $85,250.00 Oversees a Tier II or Tier III branch. As a leader of the branch team, is a role model in providing exceptional customer service while promoting and offering bank products and services, as they coincide with customer need. Leads, manages and coaches their branch team to achieve sales objectives. Is responsible for the profitability, growth and successful operation of their branch. Makes outside business calls to cultivate and develop new business. Supports initiatives of other bank business partners. Education and Experience:
* 4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience

Tasks Performed:
* 40% Builds a motivated and high performing branch team through the effective recruitment, training and development of staff. Conducts annual reviews, establishes individual goals and proposes salary recommendations to Market Manager for approval. Responsible for sales coaching of branch staff and participating in the sales activities and results of the branch in achieving individual and team goals.
* 30% Provides services to customers, including but not limited to: opening accounts, taking loan applications and referring customer inquiries to appropriate service partner when necessary.
* 10% Represents the bank within the community they are located and plays a leadership role of civic and community organizations.
* 5% Maintains integrity and compliance within the branch in accordance with audit and branch operations policies and procedures.
* 10% Decisions loans and provides customer complaint resolution exercising sound judgment and decision making within established guidelines.
* 5% Other duties as assigned.

The Collateral Manager - Asset Based Lending (“ABL”) will take a leadership role in managing and optimizing collateral risk across a portfolio of middle-market and mid-corporate borrowers in the Commercial Bank. Based in New York, the ideal candidate will:
Lead the end-to-end collateral monitoring process for complex ABL facilities, including borrowing base validation, availability tracking, funding request evaluation and collateral trend analysis

We are seeking a future team member for the role of DIRECTOR to join our MODEL RISK MANAGEMENT team. This role is located in NEW YORK.
In this role, you will lead the organization's enterprise-wide approach to model validation and risk oversight.
* Lead, mentor, and grow teams responsible for model validation, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee end-to-end model validation activities for high-impact, high-risk models (Credit Risk, Treasury Risk, Market Risk, Pricing, Forecasting, Capital Stress Testing, AI, and Financial Crimes)
* Approve validation methodologies including conceptual soundness, outcome analysis, benchmarking, and implementation verification.
* Monitor model performance metrics, remediation progress, and ongoing validation requirements.
* Serve as a key point of contact for regulators during exams and inquiries.
* Collaborate with the heads of Modeling, Data Science, Finance, Risk, and Technology to ensure alignment with BNY's risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
* Behave ethically and adhere to BNY's standards, including the Code of Conduct and applicable policies.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
* Master's Degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
* Strong understanding of regulatory guidance, such as SR 11-7, CCAR, Basel, CECL, etc.
* Experience leading and developing high-performing quantitative teams.
* Possess a strong analytical background with a solid theoretical foundation coupled with advanced programming, documentation, and communications skills.
* Minimum 10 years of responsible experience in model risk, model validation, or quantitative risk management, including several years in leadership roles.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Scope of Responsibilities:
