Description of Work
The LicensedPracticalNurse assists the Registered Nurse (RN) and Medical Team in meeting each individual resident's practicable level of independence and function through medical and psychosocial intervention, administering medication and evaluating the patient's response to care. Position will provide quality nursing services in the care and treatment of residents, under nursing supervision. The LPN works with the RN in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care. This position will take part in the interdisciplinary team process in nursing assessments, assist with the personal care of residents and provide guidance to Health Care Technicians (Certified Nursing Aide I) during day-to-day activities of daily living.
