Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate Swiss-style CNC machines. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, coordinating with engineers and operators as needed. Assist in introducing new parts and support quoting processes for new business. Transfer and download CNC programs to machine controls. Follow layout and setup procedures to properly arrange cutting tools and workholding devices. Provide instruction and guidance to operators on machine setup and operation. Complete daily maintenance routines and maintain 5S standards. Communicate work progress and status to management. Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures.
